I have found them to always be helpful, warm, courteous and respectful with my mother.

The community is always clean, neat and has no odors, which is probably one of the things I like the best. There is enough for my father to do regarding activities, he enjoys the dining and there have been no complaints with housekeeping services. I did a lot of reasearch on my own and from day 1, I have not been disappointed.

I think the managers are terrific. From the moment I stepped in they made me feel welcome.The food is good, the cafeteria service is good, the care givers are always pleasant and have a smile. The care givers are always attentive and communicative. They do a really good job and I like everybody there. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

The managers have been wonderful since day one. The food and dining is good. The activities staff are always welcoming and they come up to remind him about activities. The housekeepers go above and beyond, always cleaning. We had a party there recently and everyone raved about how nice it was, how it looks like a condo complex. I can go to bed and sleep at night knowing he is safe, clean, and taken care of. I cannot say enough about the community and the people who work there.

My mother has been there just over three years now and the care givers are available and respond when needed. Everything is clean and taken care of in the building, they do a good job. Housekeeping does a good job. They do a good job with activities, very involved and caring. I would say it's good, I've eaten there myself. The Director there does a pretty good job running things. The staff all seems to do their job, everything is good.

We are very happy with this community and my mother loves it here. All the help is good and the management is good. The food, activities and cleaning are all very good. Housekeeping keeps the place spotless. Josh, the maintenance man, does a beautiful job. I think this place is great.

I feel I am getting my money's worth. It's been an excellent experience overall.

My mother is safe and she likes where she is at. Not only are the caregivers respectful to the residents there but they are also respectful to the families. They let us know what is going on. The communication at this location is superior. It is off the chart. I love everybody and everything this community has to offer. The service here is superior. Their food is delicious and very good. I think the activities are great.The building is very nice. Everybody is very respectful to her and I don't have to worry about her here. The management communicates well and they are great at feedback. They are great at checking in and knowing how the residents are doing. I am so grateful for this community and we are so thankful that she is there. She will be 98 in September and she looks fantastic because she is so happy here.

I am not up to speed on how much these things cost but when we researched it a few years ago it was a good value. It was a lower price than other communities in the area. Management is on top of things all the time and have updates for us. My parents say the food is good and there is a good selection of activities offered. I know that housekeeping does a lot of things for my folks every Friday. They turn the bed down and keep the place clean. The maintenance is great and the transportation is always available. They are always pleasant and on time. We work with the PT staff a lot with my folks and they always keep us updating with status emails.

The place seems very well run and my mom is happy. That is all that counts. She likes being there. There is plenty to do there in activities. Her apartment always looks nice. The building is always clean and neat. The care that mom is getting is very good.
