The management has been very responsive and the caregivers are always very nice, patient, and friendly. My aunt raves about the food and her apartment seems to be clean every time I go there.
My mother thinks the dining is great. The maintenance and housekeeping has been fine.
My dad is safe there and he has no complaints about the food. They always try to be doing some activity, they had a classic car show a few weeks ago. Housekeeping and laundry are good. Whoever folds the laundry should get an award, it's wonderfully folded, military corners. We are very satisfied with the value, very much so.
Maintenance is good, responded quickly on the TV, air conditioner, and phone. The food is very good, fresh, and well-balanced. The servers are extraordinarily friendly and diligent. The managers run a pretty tight ship. All these places are not cheap, but this one is a reasonable price. My mother's clean, eating well, and her room is clean, so I know they take good care of her.
She's been in two other facilities and by far this one shines with the care that they're giving her, they do a really really great job. The staff is in there constantly checking on her, I cannot say enough about the care that she's getting. From day one, they have been wonderful, it's a very well run community.
The management is excellent there. Everybody is so friendly and so helpful. We have been in so many rehab places lately and this is the best. My father in law raves about the food. The laundry service is great and maintenance of the building is excellent. Michelle, the nurse, is excellent. She is one of the best nurses that we have ever had. She is caring and she lets you know what is going on. She is an all around good person.
The facility is definitely clean and well taken care of.
