All American Assisted Living at Londonderry

My mother has lived in All American Assisted Living at Londonderry since April of 2018 and I think she feels comfortable at the community. The price is a little high, but it is inline with most of the other communities and she feels safe living there. Management does a lot of things well; They're respectful, knowledgeable and accessible to our family's needs. In regards to the dining experience, I am satisfied with the service and variety of menu. They adhere to my mother's diet very well and since she has been there, she is eating significantly healthier, which contributes to her overall health lately being better. Transportation's flexibility and consistency of service have been satisfactory as well because she uses it for church and I have never seen the vehicles have any problems or get stuck on the road. Regarding maintenance, whenever I ask for anything to be done, the staff is responsive to get things done. In terms of activities, they offer enough of a selection to try to keep all of the residents involved, which is a good thing. There is also a good enough of a mix there and the activities don't slide too far in one way or the other, so they've been good. As for the healthcare services, there are several Nurses who are spectacular and if I ever have a question, they'll call me instanteously, so overall it's been a great experience. The place would struggle without the Nursing staff they currently have because they have made numerous lives of people easier.

They are all expensive but I think it is a great deal. I am so glad that I found it. In regards to the management, they are excellent right now. They let you know everything that is happening and they keep right up with everything. They have the right team together now. The food is excellent. I have no complaints at all. I had lunch there with my brother-in-law several times. It is always very good. They are very accommodating to all the seniors. I think the activities are excellent. Those girls in housekeeping are working all the time and they are always very friendly and always asking if they can do anything that they haven't done. The place is always nice and clean. The building is only two years old. Each season they decorate outside nice. It really looks nice when you walk up to the building and inside they go out of their way. The transportation has been excellent. He had gone into rehab and I couldn't pick him up because I have a bad back. They were very good about picking him up for me. The vehicles look fine to me. The care givers are excellent also. I can't say anything bad about any of them. I just recommended it to a lady that went in last week. I can't rave enough about it. I think it is great. They have a good team there now and it is a great place.

The activities are great, my loved one became social there, which was great, I think those are wonderful. The cook was asking about the resident's preferences, what they might want to change out, so I think they're very good. Everything is very clean there, there's never any odor, all the carpets are clean, they do a good job keeping everything neat and clean. The care staff seem to make sure they have good people, I think overall they're very nice people there. She likes the majority of the people and feels they treat her well.

My father has lived in All American Assisted Living at Londonderry for 3 years now and comparatively, it's cheaper than other places in the area. With regards to services, the care staff is very good. They're always available in the hallways, so they're very accessible and they're respectful. Transportation is flexible, consistently offered and the vehicles are new. It's a new building, only being a couple of years old, but everything is working and well maintained. I am satisfied with the apartment cleaning and I want to give a shout out to the Activity Coordinator because is excellent, very personable and very attentive. Activities are entertaining, they're well planned and they're consistently offered for the residents. Regarding dining, the people are very nice and the menu variety is good. In terms of management, I have faith in them and they have been doing a good job. The manager's office is also right inside the front door, so they're very accessible. Overall, I am satisfied with the accommodations and he feels both, safe and comfortable at the community, so it's been a good stay.

The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive towards my parents, so the care has been good. Management has bent over backwards for my parents, myself and brother in-in-law. They walked us through the whole thing because it was quite the transition for my parents. Maintenance wise, I am satisfied with the building and apartment, and while I wish their apartment was a little bigger, it'll do for them. My mother uses transportation services, saying she has been enjoying it because she likes to get out of the house and the vehicles are fine as far as I know. Regarding activities, I know my mom loves the activities and is staying pretty active, but my dad is pretty limited upon his physical activity, so he doesn't do a whole lot. I was only there for a little while, but laundry is satisfactory and I have no complaints with housekeeping. In terms of the dining experience, I know my dad loves the food because he has already gained 10 lbs and my parents are satisfied with the dining service, so if they're happy, I am happy. Overall, they feel safe and comfortable at the community, so it's been a good experience for them.

My mother has lived at All American Assisted Living since 2017 and the experience has been great. The management that I have met was very good because they're respectful, accessible and responsive. In regards to her care, the staff in Rose Lane are all great because they're all knowledgeable, responsive, concerned and kind towards the residents. Maintenance wise, the place looks brand new and although it is quite new, it looks brand new. In terms of cleanliness, the housekeeping is excellent and it's always clean, so there it's never dirty at all. With regards to activities, the community has a lot of them and they're always doing something with the residents. There is always some sort of class or they'll play other games, maybe even some mind stuff, so it's very good. As per the dining experience, I will say we were there for Thanksgiving and the meal was very good, plus the service makes sure my mother is fed. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community, so it's been a good experience.
