All American Assisted Living at Warwick

The activities director is absolutely wonderful They have a good variety of events. Transportation is always very pleasant and I have never had a problem. Whenever I call nursing, they get right back to me.

The healthcare services are phenomenal. Between Rick, Maria, they're all excellent. They're on top of it, and they get back to me. Everybody is really nice and willing to help. They have an excellent staff there.

Management was very helpful with the arrangements for moving in and the drivers were very friendly. My mother in law seemed very pleased with the activities here and the options for doing things. Whenever we came here, her apartment looked beautiful. It was a lovely place to visit and was very homey. We weren't here for long, but we liked it much better than where she was previously.

I went there and was totally happy, it just far surpassed anywhere else. I would live there myself, it's amazing. It's absolutely beautiful, the people are wonderful. It's very bright and light hearted, that was the big draw, it was a no brainer. She's really happy about the meals, I've had meals there myself and it's wonderful. It seems like they have so many activities going on, lots of options. The healthcare staff is very nice, they do a great job and are all so hospitable and kind. It's always immaculate, it's really beautiful. It's just been a great experience.

Mom and dad have no problems there, everyone's great. I think the Activities Director is warm and inviting, really cares. They have exercise, painting, meetings, the activities are good. Maintenance helped a lot when my parents moved in. The Director of Health & Wellness has been wonderful and the CNA staff is extremely good. Overall it's been a positive experience.

The common areas look good and maintenance does a good job with the landscaping. The caregivers are really good with the residents and give them the time they need to answer questions. They do an excellent job with their activities and keep the residents engaged all day long. Housekeeping cleans the apartment once a week, they empty the trash once a day and they are doing well with the laundry.

The activities are very good, the staff does everything with the people, everything, and if they can't take them for walks outside, they walk them inside. They always play games with them. The housekeeping, laundry and maintenance are very good. The building is well maintained, they decorate it very nice for all the holidays.

We chose the community because the staff ratio was very good. It was clean, it was bright, everybody was happy. The Activities Director and the amount of activities is superb, it far outweighs any of the other places we looked at. There's a very good variety of activities and they try to get her involved in everything they're doing. The healthcare services are excellent, they seem to really like her and they care about her. They care about all the residents. Management is calling me all the time asking how things are going, they're very nice and caring, very genuine. The food is great, my mother eats everything, she loves it. It's a very good value, it can't get any better than this, it really can't, we're just thrilled to death.

Management is very responsive when I have a question, they have a lot of activities, the building is very well kept and the landscaping is nice. Overall, I am satisfied with the care my mother has been getting here.

They have a wide variety of activities. The housekeeping, maintenance and transportation is excellent and the care services and staff are good.
