Compared to some other places that we were looking at, it's really a good value. In the beginning my mom didn't want to participate in the activities but the events staff got her up and doing different things that she hasn't done in a while, the activities are all very good. My mom is enjoying the dining very much; it's good selection and everything is very good.
When I have questions there is always somone there to answer my questions. The healthcare staff are very good with my mom. My mom loves the food and everything about it. She's had no complaints about the dining at all. My mom really enjoys bingo night, movie night and there was an activity where she made a jewelry box and a calendar, she's having a good time. Maintenance was very helpful with moving her in. I'm up there quite often and it's always clean and the laundry is always taken care of. It's the best price for everything she gets that's included.
My mother is in All American Assisted Living at Washington and she loves the community. It's just a total different enivornment for her there than her previous community and she is so happy there. Maintenance setup her TV the day she moved in and there have been no problems with housekeeping whatsoever, otherwise management is approachable, accessible, responsivethe the dining service is great too, so everything has been fine.
