All American Assisted Living at Wrentham

The care staff are very kind, caring and loving people. I did use the van transportation, it was very convenient and the driver was very nice. The dining was more than adequate for my husband.

I think they have hired the best because if they don't have an answer, they find you the answer. The housekeeping is very good and if you want anything, you call maintenance and they're here. Overall, they can't do enough for you and the staff is marvelous, so the whole place is wonderful.

The building is kept up and they have a nice vehicle for transportation, so everything seems to run well at the community. The healthcare staff do a nice job, so they’re great, and it seems like they're always doing activities with the residents.

It's a brand new community and it's only been open 2 months, so it's very new and looks fine. I like the one on one contact with management because they're very accessible and easy to talk to. Everything I have tasted during dining has been quite good and they seem to keep the residents very well occupied, so the activities have been great. Overall, it's been a good value.

It's within his budget and I am very satisfied. He is quite happy and they have been keeping an eye on him. It's a lovely place they do a good job.

My mom lives at State Street Assisted Living and in general, it's much better than the others that I have seen. The food is excellent, much better than what she had at her previous community. The common areas look fine and there are no problems with things falling apart. In terms of housekeeping, the place is much cleaner than where she was at before. Management is helpful and the new administration seems to be better than the people in the past, so it's been a pleasant experience.

This is the best place she has lived in a long, long time. Everyone is nice when I speak with them. The community itself is a very pretty place and it looks good because there are always plants and nice pictures, so it's a nice presentation. The activities are good, they list a lot of different things and they have outings. Dining is good and the people know the residents' names, where they like to sit, are nice, friendly and talk to the residents. It's been an excellent experience.

We have been very happy with this community and the general accommodations are good. The caregivers that I have dealt with have been excellent. Anytime I had any issues or questions, they answered it.

Management has been very accommodating to me and to the lawyer who is in charge of her care. They're very attentive to her and let us know what's going on. We are very happy with the food. The healthcare staff is very good. When this couple was moving in they needed help with some things and maintenance helped them right away. They're extremely happy with the ability to get out doing the activities and taking the transportation. Everyone has been very fair and very nice to them since they've been there.

The Executive Director that is currently there works great with the residents and staff. My mother-in-law was on the Alzheimer's ward and the food there was all pretty consistent. The care staff is super sweet. They really care for their patients. Not just physically, they bond emotionally with their patients. That is a big thing. We were grateful they were there to care for her. We didn't feel she was in danger and felt she was well taken care of.
