Anchor Bay at East Providence

Management is very good and punctual and they relay good information. I think the caregivers are very good and efficient. I think they show a lot of care and concern. They are very understanding and prompt. The activities are very good and the food is good for the most part. I think the housekeeping is very good. I consider the staff here to be like a second family.

The maintenance staff were great when my father needed something and they've made improvements to the roof. They have good activities that my dad participates in and the staff accommodates him with his laundry. Management is easy to talk to and the healthcare staff is both, respectful and responsive. All in all, he feels safe and comfortable at the community.

We chose the community because I just happened to drive through and fell in love. I think the fairness of the price is wonderful and we're getting great care. The building is very nice and, no matter what you ask for, maintenance staff is there. My husband has participated in activities and is having a wonderful time. The dining is very good and everyone is just so pleasant, which is making our transition wonderful.

The nursing staff and the CNAs are wonderful and I think that's the important thing. Housekeeping is also doing great, her apartment is always cleaner than my house.

Jean is awesome, the people in the office do a fantastic job. She likes the food and she loves the activities, she goes to almost every single one, Jennifer keeps her very active.

Management is doing great, mom says the food is great and the dining staff is great as well. I think the care is good and they are doing a great job.

We just stopped in, asked all these questions and they were very upfront, accommodating and kind. They're very in tune with every single one of those residents. The building is beautiful, it's very neat. The inside is very lovely, it's very clean. He loves the staff, he loves having a lot of people around and says everyone is very very nice. All of the men and women who work in the dining room are very nice and accommodating.

My mom lives in Anchor Bay at East Providence and I think management is doing a great job. Things seem to go pretty smoothly, I haven't noticed any problems and if I have an issue, I can call or walk in. With healthcare services, the staff always talk to me, whether it's an issue or something funny that she did, so it feels good knowing that they know her. From the moment I walked in, it looked like a nice place and I just felt comfortable leaving her there. With the dining experience, she has gained weight and the service is very, very accommodating.The Activity Director always tries to go out of her way in trying to get her to do things.

All of the staff are really terrific. My mom gets a shower, she gets transported and she's happy with the healthcare people and the care that they provide. They have really good desserts and that's like magic over there. I've seen the activities and everything that is going on, there is a lot going on.
