Anchor Bay at Greenwich

Everybody here is wonderful. The healthcare staff is attentive, the management staff is respectful, and Johanna, the activites director, is phenomenal. In addition, the building is always being kept up, and the food is good quality. I have my mom in the right place.

Management were very informative and kept me on track with what I needed to do for the move in. They were also really friendly. My wife likes the food and the staff takes the residents out on field trips. Housekeeping is excellent, her room is spotless and the building is impressive. The caregivers are very helpful.

The staff all seem really friendly to him and seem to like him a lot. It's a nice place, they take good care of them there, they really do.

The food is fine and the servers are very respectful. In my opinion, we have the best activities director around and she is such a joy to have around. The housekeeping staff does everything they are supposed to do, the maintenance is wonderful and the transportation works fine.

When I was looking around a year ago it's one of the few places that allowed me to have a cat, that was nice. I have no problems, and I have a very nice apartment, a good sized one. I am happy with what activities they offer, they have a wide variety of lots of things. I have no problems with housekeeping or maintenance, and the maintenance man here is very good. If I have any issues, I just speak to him and he's here.

It has met our expectations and then some. We have been very pleased with the care that mom has gotten there. Mom is very comfortable with her aides and the care has been good. They have all worked to make mom think this is her home. They have made her feel welcome and made it easy for her when she wants to join activities. I am very grateful for that.

The management have been wonderful to work with. They were easy to reach, easy to contact, and they would get back with you. They have good activities, they take them out frequently and there is always something going on. The building is beautiful and welcoming when you walk in. I would recommend it because we are happy there and mom is happy there. That is all you can ask at this stage.

I cannot say enough good things, the girls there have been more than wonderful to my sister, I'm so happy she is there. She says the food is very good and I think Linda does a fantastic job with the activities. The transportation services are very good, they've been very accommodating to my sister, it goes very smoothly. The healthcare staff goes above and beyond, I can't say enough about the staff, how wonderful they've been treating my sister, we're very pleased with everything there.
