I think the menu is fine in dining. I think they are ahead of the game in service. They are prompt and are always walking around asking people if they need anything else. When I go in there and see things going on in activities, it looks fun. I've seen a calendar, and there seems to be plenty of activities. I don't really see issues with maintenance. I like the facility, and I have no reallly major issues.

It is a better facility and better price than every other place I've toured, even ones that included more care. In the grand scheme of things, it is fairly priced, and I have got no qualms. They have a ton of stuff and different options in activities that they try to avail to the residents. They go in once every week or two and vacuum and change her sheets. As far as cleaning, she has no complaints. From what I understand, there is a good menu variety.

Management is very helpful and usually takes care of anything right away. The menu variety is usually very good, and we usually get our food right away when the servers take our orders. Housekeeping is usually good.They building is good. The transportation is very helpful. I like it here.

My brother's been there for five years and is well cared for. They communicate well with me. Dining is quite good, and the activities look well planned. From the schedule and the board, what they offer is good. They do an excellent job with laundry, cleaning, and maintenance. Management is excellent.

The management team is very helpful and answer my questions, so I am very pleased. The dining menus look great. The schedule has a lot of great activities. Dad likes to play cards. Housekeeping is excellent. They’re doing a good job so far.

Management is very nice. They are right there if you have any problems. Maintenance is great. Anytime she has a problem, they are there within a few hours. My mother is very happy with the variety of menu and is getting much better quality food. The transportation is great, and she loves going on the rides. My mother is 100% happy here.

Maintenance always respond if there's anything that can be done. The housekeeping services are good. They're very open to suggestions. They have plenty of activities going on. The food is very good. It's acceptable and enjoyable. The young people that work in the dining room are pretty good. Everything is good. I haven't had any problems with anything. If I have a question, management will answer it right away. I'd say they're doing very well.

I have been here for quite a while and I have no complaints. I am a vegetarian and the food I receive I think is tasteful. I find the personnel to be efficient and personable.

The staff is so accommodating and so loving. We're like a big family here. I just love it. The maintenance service is great. The management is very good.

When my parents call to have something done maintenance wise, they come over to do it. The management team is respectful and accessible if I need them. My mom enjoy playing bingo three times a week and they feel both safe and comfortable at the community. Overall, I find the price, services and accommodations satisfactory.
