It was suggested from the long-term care case manager for my mother. The management staff is just very helpful. Overall housekeeping is pretty good and so is the food. I think it's very reasonable, cost wise. It's comfortable to be there and I do feel it's safe.
I have peace of mind that I know that my uncle's safe. I know he's well-fed. He's bathed. For the price that we pay compared to other facilities, it's good. He's in a good location. I've seen the meals and they're healthy looking. When he first got there, he was underweight and he put it back on rapidly. For the most part everyone in healthcare is pretty good. It's very well-kept. He does his own thing, but he participates in holiday-type things. They have a lot of activities. The management staff has always been helpful as far as what I've needed.
