The Atrium Village

With what's going on right now, I think they're going above and beyond to keep us protected. I think they have a lot of activities and entertainment. Also maintenance is very good and the care is excellent. Yes, I did not want to come here in the first place but now that I'm here it really is a wonderful atmosphere. These young people really should get a lot of credit, because they are going above and beyond. They really are. Everyone is friendly and it feels like family.

They were very polite and professional throughout the entire move in process. I felt very comfortable working with them and I still do. The meals looks delicious to me. Housekeeping is done in a routine manner once a week. They come in to sweep and they do her laundry. The nursing staff onsite and the coordination has been excellent. Diana responds to me by email if I have a question. She has spent a lot of time with my aunt and has even brought her little dog for her to see because my aunt is an animal lover.

I don't have any complaints of any kind, everybody seems to be very nice. The apartment is very convenient with my walker in every room. I have a bedroom a living room a kitchen. I can walk wherever I want with my walker and there has been no problem. Management, they stay on top of everything. In the dining room, they give you three choices to choose from before they come around to take your order…I think the servers are doing pretty well. My room is very clean, it seems to be working very good. In healthcare they call and make sure you are ok and that you don't have any complaints. I would recommend it highly.

My godmother seems content, and the staff is very supportive. I can't say enough about them. The healthcare is accessible and with my long distance, work, and travel, management has been responsive. I haven't seen anything wrong with the apartment, and we don't see any lights out or notice any deficiencies when we visit. The apartment is always clean, and she always seems to have clothes to wear. The music every night is wonderful, and she likes it. I have also taken her to Bingo, trivia, and a birthday type of celebration. The dining service seems to be satisfactory, and she is fine with the food. I feel the community has been very fair in regards to pricing. Overall, I feel that it's a very nice place, and I am pleased with her care. I can't say enough about them, and my loved one seems content.

I've been pleased with my mom's stay there. They are very helpful and timely, and when I have a question, they will respond quickly. I'm able to contact nursing, and they do get back to me. If I have medication sisues, they are helpful. They are there to help. The maintenance team has been very good and prompt about fixing things. When I call them, they are available. They've been there to help. They've been good. My mother is very active there. She's never in her room. She's always doing something. They're good at coming to get her too. The management team is helpful in wokring to find solutions. As far as the sales people, they really work with you to help you and to guide you in selection. Overall, I am pleased with the care. They keep them stimulated and encourage them to attend and to live life. I think you get a lot for the money. I would recommend them.

I think the value is very good. They have a lot of good services. He loves the food. He tells me the ice cream is excellent, and he thinks there are lot of choices. They are good. I looked at the activities calendar, and there seemed to be a lot of things that were interesting. The management seems good. The people at the front desk are lovely. They ask about my brother and seem to be concerned. I appreciate that. Overall, it has been a good experience. It is what he needs. He loves his apartment and calls it home.

Mom’s apartment is perfect for her. It’s a very clean community. I love the maintenance guys, I call and they're right on it and they are always smiling and so friendly. Communication is good and they keep me in the loop. I am there often at lunch or dinner and the staff is always smiling and friendly, they seem to really enjoy their jobs. I like that about them.

I feel like I am getting a really good deal. They are providing a really good service. I sleep well at night. There is someone at the front desk and they check on my mom. My mom loves the friends she has there.

Mom has been there three years and I am very pleased. It has a personal touch to it and it's a good place. I think the management staff are organized and they really do know their patients. They have exercises, bingo, and there is always a movie on the big TV in the lobby.

The staff are friendly and professional. They have an activity for them to do every day and she is engaged. The maintenance department has been responsive to all of her issues. It's a great value because it takes a lift off of us. It has been a great help.
