Autumn Green at Midway Village

I chose this facility because the building is nice and clean, it looks beautiful, it always smells nice, and the staff was very friendly. The food there is great. They have a variety of different options to choose from. The staff helps my dad if he ever needs assistance. They have a long list of activities that are going on every day. I love the facility, it's always clean and beautiful, and smells nice. They do have plenty of days when my father can meet up with people downstairs and go to Wal-Mart or Target on the bus. That's beautiful. They offer them around the clock pretty often, so that's good.

I think that the management staff is pretty good. The dining is very good. They make sure they get their meals on time. The caretakers are good too. When there was a problem the maintenance staff took care of it and they make the areas safe.

Seeing what other places cost, they're very reasonable. The caregivers are always watching out for everybody. They respond to the little button that they give them. The maintenance staff is always there to help out and the housekeepers are clean. I've never found it dirty at all. They have a lot of activities. They always have something going on. Their food is very good. It's all like home-cooked. We're very happy there.

The price is high, but I believe it's worth it. I think the management staff is pretty good. My mother is very fond of the dining staff and really is involved in everything they offer, activities wise. The maintenance staff has been very nice and I know she uses the bus to go to Wal-Mart or the mall. All in all, she's safe and comfortable at the community.

It's very safe at the community. From what I have seen the food seems to be pretty good. I don't have any complaints. The staff is fine and so far the housekeeping seems to be pretty good. They do the laundry and do it well. The building is nice and clean.

For what my mother-in-law receives it's a good value. Housekeeping has been great, consistent. They always notify us if there's any change in schedule. They've come up a couple of times to do extra things, they've been very accommodating. Her room is in really good shape. It was freshly painted and had brand new carpet when we moved her in. Everything was clean. The facility seems really nice too. She's very happy there.

The overall cost is pretty low compared to other places. My mom really, really enjoys all of the food choices and also the staff there. I think the activities are great. I know they have a daily sit and stretch, which is good. The maintenance has been great. Every time she has needed something she opens a ticket and they get back to her right away.

My brother loves it there, so I love it there. The menu is very healthy and he seems to enjoy it. It seems to be tasty. The dining staff is extremely kind. The maintenance staff has been very helpful and they are on top of issues before I can let them know of them. I've already recommended it and people have moved into the facility.

My mother was in independent at first. She then moved to assisted living. I thought the management staff were very helpful and always contacted me to let me know what was going on. They were very good with the housekeeping and the laundry and the building is very nice and clean. The caregivers were excellent and took her under their wings. They would walk her around and take her outside. They went way beyond the call of duty.

There is no price I can put on peace of mind for myself. I like the facility and feel safe about my mom being there. I'm very impressed with first impressions and I went to several places. I appreciate their hospitality and warmth and being concerned about my mom. The staff loves her. The management staff all seem to answer her questions even she asks 100 times, they still answer her and I appreciate that. She enjoys the food and looks forward to going down to eat; she doesn't have any complaints and says it's good. It's a busy place, if you want to be busy you can be busy, but my mom is not a person that likes to do those things. She does do the sit and stretch every day. I had friends that came the other day and said the place was beautiful and I agree. I'm looking forward to the summer when she can go outside because she does appreciate the grounds and walking around.
