Autumn Green at Wright Campus

For my mother, as an Independent resident, the value is good. They have transportation available and the guy that drives goes in to congregate with the residents. They remodeled everything in the building and the maintenance guys are up there all the time if she needs anything. The place is very clean and at night I see that the staff is always cleaning. She loves the wait service during dining and they give the residents a menu to choose from, which is very nice. The management is knowledgeable, responsive and very good. I would highly recommend the community to anybody. Everyone seems to be happy there and they don't leave.

They seem to have a nice variety of activities. My mom doesn't get involved in most of it, unless it has to do with cards or gambling. From the stuff I've seen posted it seems like they have a a variety of things for people with different tastes. Things seem to be kept in pretty good shape by maintenance. They have been doing a lot of redecorating here lately.

The management is very responsive. The quality of the food is good and I know there is a wide variety of activities and there are a number of offerings. The maintenance is very responsive when there is an issue. The building looks great. Mom has been there for six years and they are on their second upgrade.

The staff is trying and that is the big thing, they go the extra mile. They do a very good job. Pat the lady at the front desk is fantastic. She is great and keeps everything together. He is in good hands. I they have great maintenance customer service. They are doing improvements and the hallways look great and it is well lit.

Management is just very nice. My dad is happy with the dining and says the menu and the food is pretty good. The activities are really wonderful, the maintenance is very good and the transportation is good.

The management is doing a good job. They are starting to put some money into the facility and they have always been there when I have asked anything of them. Maryann the activities director does a magnificent job and has since day one. Fransico and Jessie are great in maintenance. I have absolutely no complaints with the maintenance. The transportation is great and my aunt is fine with it. I think Ted, the driver, is magnificent. He is outstanding.

My mom enjoys the activities. They are entertaining and there is a variety. She has a good time doing them and they keep her busy.

The service when I walk in the door is great. The people are just excellent at the desk. We have a great driver and the thing about him is that he is very well mannered. If you have difficulty taking your articles off the bus, he will take them inside, bring you inside and never leave you. The maintenance staff are excellent. They paint, do the rugs and help residents in the apartments with fixing a whole host of things. Housekeeping services do a good job and our Acitivity Director does everything. We have parties and she plans trips to here, there and everywhere. One of the things I really like here is the protection and safety. Overall, I feel comfortable and I'd recommend it to others because the place is beautiful.

The management team has been wonderful. They were very nice when we came in there and it has been good ever since. My mom seems to enjoy her food and she gets plenty to eat there. She always compliments the food especially the soups. The activities that my mom goes on she enjoys. Now with the weather it is hard to get out but she likes to go on the trips where they look at the city. She has gone to the casino and to a couple of plays. Maintenance has been good. The building is beautiful. They painted the building and there is new carpeting. Everything always looks nice and it is always clean in there.

The people that live in the community are very nice. The laundry service is very good. The activities are good. It's nice, and they try to bring together everybody, so that's a good effort. The way they prepare everything for activities is very nice. Overall, I think it's pretty good.
