Autumn Green at Wright Campus

I would say it's fair for the most part. The staff has been more than nice and pleasant with my mother and with my family as well when we've been there. She's very happy with the caregivers that are there. The activities she does do, she's pretty happy with. She's very happy with Trish, in activities.

Laurie, in management, always answers, we've had several meetings with her and she has been cordial and accommodating. The cleanliness, landscaping and lighting seems to be fine. On average, compared to other facilities, we're OK with it. It's as expected.

It's a good place and it's a good environment for my mom. I would recommend it. She likes it there and enjoys it; everyone is good to her so it's worth it for her. The exercises are good, they have that every day. She likes to play the games like bingo and stuff like that. She likes when they have the parties, she's really sociable and the things they have in the summer like picnics outside. She tells me she likes it there all the time. Overall, my mom gets good service and I never have any problems.

We looked at a lot of places and went to a lot of places, and Autumn Green was one of the more reasonable places considering the facility and the cleanliness. The staff knows the residents. When we first went there the staff knew everyone by a first name basis, and it was a very good thing. The maintenance staff has been pretty quick with responding. She likes to participate in what she can. She has severe hearing loss and is a wheelchair, so she can't do much. She plays a lot of the card and dice games. She loves to play poker, but they sometimes have problems getting enough people to play. The dining staff is good.
