When I look out my windows, there are geese by the waterfall with occasional deer, so it's just absolutely gorgeous. They do a good job with coming in once a week to clean my apartment and maintenance is Johnny on the spot. The activities are entertaining, very well planned and we have exercise, a movie theatre and library. The food is good and they know what I want for breakfast, so it's just wonderful. As soon as someone moves out, someone wants to move in, so it's an outstanding place for people and some have been here for many years. Overall, I didn't even imagine there was a place like this. It's actually unbelievable.

I like my mother's apartment very much, management is always responsive and the activities are second to none. The meals are quality, hot and there is a variety offered to the residents. The healthcare staff is always checking on her and communicating with me, which is very important. Overall, I am well aware of other places and I think we get a good value for our money, so I am very happy and have already recommended it to many people both, friends and family.

No question is too big or too small for management and they're prompt with their responses. The healthcare staff returns calls, answer questions and take notes, so it's all been good. Overall, my mother has never been dirty, hungry and her apartment has never been dirty, so we don't worry.

Mom has been comfortable there for four years. They've been great, they're great people at the community. My mom does an activity every day, sometimes twice a day, and it's really saved her life. It keeps her active, it couldn't be better.The care givers go out of their way to be helpful. It's the best place around, good entertainment and lots of things going on, people are friendly, it's a really nice place.

It was easy from beginning to end and the management seemed like they were doing things to help us make it happen. It was a positive wonderful experience. The food is delicious and wonderful. It is like going to a really fine restaurant. They are efficient and friendly and the servers know what they are doing every minute. What I read about with the activities and see what is available they are very good.

Compared to what we looked at, the price is very good. Management has been very helpful in every aspect, dining has been excellent and everything has been good regarding housekeeping. The caregivers seem to be very nice.

Management were just excellent, I can't think of anything better. She seems to be very happy with the dining, it seems to be prompt and efficient. Housekeeping is absolutely fantastic, Denise is nice as can be and does a great job.

We are extremely satisfied with everything here.I perceive this community as higher end elder care. It is probably one of the nicest communities we looked at. The food is good and my dad loves the food. The waitstaff are incredibly polite. There are a ton of activities and he likes them. He likes the transportation and he likes the fact that he can go to other places. I think what he uses it for mostly is for pre-planned activities; however, he also uses it for appointments and I haven't heard that he missed an appointment. I can't imagine him being in a better place and he raves about it. He said he should have moved here years ago.

Management is very good. The building is well kept and it doesn't smell.

The management that I deal with at Mom's location; Nicki and Amy are all good. I attend their monthly buffets and I think they are awesome. The activities are awesome. The calendar is always full and she has choices.
