Bella Terra

When I took them on a grand tour of six different places, it was one of the best places we saw The apartments were nice and big. Everything is enclosed. They don't have to go outside unless they want to. That will be a big thing come winter months. My parents both seem to like the food. The chef is a really nice guy. He talks to the people and is very respectful. The maintenance team is very responsive. The building is very nice. Crystal has been great.

Management is very good. They're kind and patient. The healthcare staff take good care of her. If I need to leave a message, they call back right away. Maintenance is good. When she puts a work order in, they're pretty fast. It's always clean. The housekeeping is very good. They're always there on Thursday, and they make her bed on a daily basis. The activities department always has something for them to do.

We dealt with Paula, and she was very nice and very informative and very helpful. My mom thinks maintenance is wonderful. They are there whenever she calls them, and the building is maintained well. The size and the layout of her room is great. I think the value is wonderful. I believe she is feeling safe. I have recommended it to a lot of people.

The management has been very efficient and very accessible. In regards to the activities, they have a pool, so that works very well for me. I have no complaints about the housekeeping, ,maintenance and transportation. They really do very good. If I had to do it all over again, I would for sure. All of the personnel have all been excellent. I give them kudos.

The healthcare staff is very caring and the management staff will always work with me. The building is well-kept, my aunt's room is always clean, and there is a wide variety of entertaining activities for my aunt to particpate in. She's very happy there.

I love my apartment, and the landscaping and building are beautiful and well-maintained. Also, the food is delicious, and there is a good variety of activities offered. I'd recommend the community to anybody.

The staff have been going above and beyond, helping her, spending time with her. They're just wonderful. It's been an excellent experience for my mother in law.

He is very satisfied with it and says everybody is very helpful. He has said that the food is very good in the dining area. They offer trips seven days a week, so he is going all over. Housekeeping comes in and cleans once a week and they also do his laundry once a week.

We went to a couple other communities and found that Bella Terra was a little more vibrant, we liked the staff very much, it seemed like there was a lot going on. We liked the apartments, they were much bigger than some of the others. We felt there were more social activities, that it was the right place for my father in law. . I think he's thriving there wonderfully, he likes the people there.

I think the care he is getting is very good. He is being served a well balanced diet from the dining room. The activities director is absolutely wonderful and the building is always really clean.
