Bellevue Retirement Community

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations I receive at the community. The maintenance staff is pretty good about keeping up what needs to be in the apartment. Housekeeping comes in, and they're very consistent. We have plenty of entertainment, and it's all good as far as I'm concerned. Most days during dining there is something I can gladly choose. If I need to contact management, they're accessible and I feel comfortable voicing concerns if I have any. All in all, I feel safe and comfortable living here.

I think the manager does a good job in running the facility. The food is good, and the menu has good selections. They have a lot of activities. You can participate in whatever ones you wish to. We have a cleaning person that comes in every two weeks and does the dusting and vacuuming. We also have very good maintenance personnel here. You leave word at the desk, and they come and fix it.

I think it's a good value for the cost and what they receive. Management has been very easy to deal with and any small issues have been resolved with no problems at all. If the maintenance folks are available, they will dust off your car and even warm it up for you, so they go above and beyond. Housekeeping comes when they're scheduled. My mother tries to participate in most activities. They have bingo and she is on the bus that goes around town more often than not, so she is really enjoying herself. The condition of their vehicles and consistency of the transportation service is very good. The kitchen team goes out of their way to make any kind of accommodations possible and they know names. Overall, she feels comfortable and safe and she is very happy there.

The community is awesome. The healthcare staff are all attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. The apartment looks great, and the building maintenance is satisfactory. The housekeeping and laundry services come in a routine manner. My mother loves going to the casino, and they have quite a few different things at the community. She is happy with the menu variety and the dining experience. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable, and the management is accessible. We checked out at least four other places prior to placing her, and this was the best one. I love the place.

The management is helpful. Mom always liked the food there. She liked the bocce and the music in activities. I thought the caregivers were wonderful. They went above and beyond for my mom. Dawn just really knew my mom and got to know her. She knew if something was off and would call me. They were all wonderful, and I can't say enough about the caregivers. Everyone knows everyone and called everyone by name. I am sad to leave because she loved it there.

Management is wonderful. They are great people. This place is great, and they are doing a great job.

Housekeeping is good. The transportation is quite convenient. I have a nice apartment. I am happy, and they seem to take good care of me.

I can't find anything I don't like. I didn't come here with the attitude that I would like it, but I do like it. The menu is usually very good. We have several choices to pick from. The activities are good. The maintenance of the building is very nice. The housekeepers are very nice and helpful.

We are satisfied with the overall price, as well as the services and accommodations being offered. It is a wonderful place, very clean, very nice, and decorated wonderfully. They are great. They are very communicative. I get information from them on a regular basis. When we have any issues, they contact us right away. Communication is wonderful. I think the activities they have scheduled are wonderful. Housekeeping are very proficient at their jobs. Care services are all so sweet. My brother, sister, and I are very comfortable with her being there because we know she is taken care of. I have recommended it to others.

I like my apartment and everything else. I am perfectly content. The food and housekeeping is very good. I love that little laundry lady. She is so nice. Everyone is very friendly here. I think they do a good job.
