Bellingham

They do a nice job with housekeeping. I see a lot of activities on the schedule and they are varied and there is definitely thought is put into the activities. My mom's room is always tidy and the building is well-maintained. The caregivers do a really great job and it is a hard job.

The services are good, the place is clean and most of the people are nice and thoughtful. I see residents enjoying the food. They offer a lot of activities and more than enough to keep them busy. The girls that clean are very nice and charming. The young man that helps my mom is probably the nicest young man I have met in my life. He is a very nice person. The building seems fine. The healthcare staff brings her medication and they make sure she takes it.

While my aunt was there the management team was very responsive. My aunt always enjoyed the food and the activities. Her room was always clean. The maintenance was good. I think the caregivers were excellent. They took fabulous care of her. The care was very good which is the most important part is.

She loved the dining, that was her favorite thing. You don’t always get what's advertised, but at Bellingham we did. The staff from the waitresses to the office gals, everyone treated my mom with respect. It was a pretty good value. The price was acceptable and there were a lot of good services there. My mom absolutely loved living there.

I think the value overall is very nice and compared to other facilities it is a good price. The management staff is very good. The housekeeping is perfectly fine. I have been satisfied.

We have a nice group of people here and a very nice staff. Everyone is very civil. I have a friend that checked out the area and said that this is the best place for the money. I didn't search that much but I saw this and liked it. I feel safe at the community. They are redoing our porches and are going through a new telephone system. The staff gets along with each other and that is important. I like the food. I think the chef does a good job. They do a different city once in a while and they do birthday dinners. I am a happy camper.

Compared to the competition the value is very good. They take great of my parents; I don’t have anything to worry about. The activities are appropriate for Memory Care. The place always looks clean and orderly. They take care of laundry. Overall, they are very well cared for.

I think it's a very good value. What sold us on Bellingham was the size of her apartment; it's much larger than what is at other facilities. Whenever I've needed something management is there for me. Mom loves it. She seems to be happy with the food. Maintenance is always neat and responsive to me, so I'm happy with their work.

Everything is so neat and clean, it's so easy. It's really a pleasure living here. The general maintenance is really excellent and transportation works out fine. From time to time we participate in activities. There's a good variety. It's an excellent value.

My mom's nurse navigator had recommended Bellingham. The location was convenient to where my mother was already living and we felt that the service was good. The people who took us on the tour were very helpful and knowledgeable. They felt like they were truly engaged with us while we were asking questions. We also felt like the price point of that facility was in line. We felt like it was a good value overall. It looked like a nice place and the people seemed nice and knowledgeable. I can't say anything negative about it! From voicemails to phone calls to emails to text messages, every time I had a question the answers came back very quickly. The management staff was very responsive and receptive to our needs. My mom really likes the food. They have shuttles to take them out to the store, and I know they did the Philadelphia flower show. It looks like they have a good variety of things they can do. The maintenance staff right off the bat were extremely helpful and responsive. Alfred and AQ are the maintenance guys. Her screen door was coming off the track. When I told him, he was down there in 10 minutes and had a new door in by the next day. They have been fantastic. They are there quick as lighting if you need something.
