The management staff seems to be very friendly and if you have a problem they will listen to it and do what they can to help solve it. The housekeeping staff is very good, you see them all the time in the halls dusting it, they do a good job and keep it clean. Maintenance is real responsive to your needs and they keep the building in good shape. The healthcare staff has always taken care of my mother's needs.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my mother-in-law received at Bentley Commons of Lynchburg. She feels safe and comfortable at the community, and the healthcare staff goes above and beyond with what they would need to do for the residents. In terms of maintenance, her apartment and the building are both satisfactory, and if you have an issue, the maintenance department usually takes care of things right away. The activities at the community are also very good. They have a lot and they offer a lot, which is helpful to keep the residents involved. Regarding cleanliness, the place is always clean and well kept, and it's because of them, since they keep after things. With regards to the management staff, overall they're pretty good as is the dining experience at the community. The servers are very nice to the residents with going above and beyond in trying to help as much as they can, the food is very good and I like that the residents have options, so things have been going pretty well for her.

The price is comparable to anywhere else so the value is fair. The girl who does my mom’s medicine is on top of it and calls me when they change it or are running out, she's good. She used the van once and it was fine. They took her to the doctor. The managers have answered my every need, are always friendly, and greet me by me when I come in. I think the food is okay, and the activities calendar looks entertaining. The price is comparable to anywhere else so the value is fair, mom is comfortable there and safe. Maintenance of the building and the apartment, I reckon that's excellent. The building and grounds are clean, well kept, and swept.

I came to Bentley Commons in September and I have been satisfied with the services and accommodations that are provided to me at the community. I feel safe, comfortable and the housekeeping is very, very, very good. The girl vacuums and she was here quite a while this morning cleaning, plus laundry is satisfactory. In terms of my care, the healthcare staff is good as far as coming up and doing stuff. If you ring the buzzer, they come and they're right there. I am satisfied with the maintenance of my apartment and the maintenance at the building is very good too because everything is clean. In terms of other services, there are activities offered to us and the dining is very good, so it's been a great experience for me at the community.
