Bentley Commons at Paragon Village

Everybody here is very nice and friendly. Management is good with any questions that we have. They do have a lot of activities if we want to join or belong. We are happy with activities. The housekeeping and maintenance is very good. They come and clean our apartment every Monday.

We are more than pretty happy with the place. The management is very respectful, and we don't have any complaints with the way they run the operation. I know they have something going on on a daily basis. The calendar is full, and they also offer trips. I know they have movies and entertainment every week. They try their hardest to get people involved. The housekeepers do an adequate job. They are very responsive when there are things that need to be taken care of in the room.The building looks very good. They try their best with not making it look institutionalized. There were a couple of times where we needed maintenance, and Jeff and crew handled the work pretty quickly. think they do a good job. The lady that runs the nursing, Cherie, is very good, and she is on top on everything. I have no complaints. The people seem very upbeat and pleasant. When you ask for things, things get handled.

I would say it is a very good value for the money she is spending. My grandmother tells me the food is good. There always seem to be activities going on during the day. They try to do stuff that is seasonal if there is a holiday coming. Everytime we go, everything is fine. Her clothes and room are clean.The building condition is good. It always seems clean when I am there. Anytime I have questions, the care staff has been able to answer. She has not had any complaints with the care. Whenever we are there, they seem to be nice to her and us. She hasn't had trouble with anyone responding, and if we are there, we haven't had trouble finding someone to help us if we need it.

We were always pleased with the food, and my father is always very happy with it. The service is lovely. They are very friendly and nice, and the servers try to please the residents. His apartment is very nice and clean. The bathrooms are a big plus, and the shower is a huge advantage. It is a huge help to be able to just walk into the shower and take a seat. The building is good and seems to be well maintained. I think he enjoys living here, and he seems pretty happy.

Management is doing very well. They are fantastic, and they try their best. The housekeeping is perfect, and everywhere you go looks spotlesss. The place is immaculate. The caregivers are very good and seem to be caring. They do their best with her. Everybody we talked to told us to go here. It is well recommended.

They are getting two meals a day, housekeeping, and maintenance help. Base on that, I think it is a fair price. The management staff has been excellent. They are very respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They have been able to provide the information that we need. The activities are good. They have a lot of activities. The cleaning lady has been there once and did a very good job. My mother is picky and she didn't complain. The maintenance staff are very attentive. They are extremely personable, kind, and very responsive. They have a couple of good employees in the place.

The service in the dining area is very good. The people are very attentive. She is in a wheelchair now, and they wheel her into the dining room. They are really good about taking good care of them. Joan Cummins has been there since Paragon opened, and she is in charge of activities. She is very good. Charlotte is very good as well. I speak very highly of the people. Her apartment is always kept nice and clean. The building is good overall. When Bentley bought Paragon Village, they spruced it up and made improvements. The director of nursing, Shree, is excellent.The nursing office is located outside of the entrance of the Roselane section. If I have a question, I can go right to the nursing office. If I have questions, they answer them right on the spot, or if they weren't sure, they would contact Dr. Rosa and get back to me with the answer to the question. I think she gets excellent care, and she is happy there. I think she is kept as happy and as comfortable as possible.

I get good service from the management team. They give me good responses. I like to eat in the dining room. They have good service in the dining room, and I am satisfied with the food. The activities are very good. We have poker games once or twice a week. We are happy with the activities. On Mondays and Fridays, they have happy hours. They have bingo and exercise. They are well planned. The houskeeepers do a good job, and they come weekly. They clean the floors, they vacuum, they change my sheets, and they clean the bathroom. The maintenance staff are very good guys, and they do a good job. The condition of the building is very good. It is maintained very well inside and outside. The transportation takes me three times a week to see my wife, and they have a beautiful bus and they have a van. Everything is run well, and I am happy with it. I have no complaints. This place is A1 condition and A1 recommended.

The food is quite good, I can't criticize it. I think they do all they can do for such a large crowd with the activities. They keep the carpets and bathrooms clean and change the bed. They come to clean every Monday. Anything I've had to have fixed they come right away and fix. The transportation is very good. The vehicle is clean and comfortable. The care staff are pretty efficient. If they are not in the office when I need them, they will come to my room, which is nice. They are very respectful and seem to be knowledgeable about the medicines.

Management has been great with us. Anytime we have an issue, they are wonderful. My father says the food is wonderful. The dining service has been very good, and they will get him things that he asks for. I have seen the calendar, and there are a lot of activities here. Every time I have been here, his room has been great. The maintenance is wonderful. They are quick and prompt and help him when he has personal issues. The building is kept clean and very tidy. The caregivers are wonderful, and they know my father, which is great. If you call and they aren't there, they always call you back. They do a great job. He gets a decent amount for what we pay. I honestly don't have any concerns or issues.
