Management is very good and the activities are great, Shirley is wonderful. Transportation is very good here, they take us to the doctor and take us shopping.

Management is very good. The staff is very good and they're very patient. Housekeeping is perfect, my housekeeper is Debbie and she is wonderful. The drivers are very good, Dave and Bob are very good. Jeff in maintenance is very nice. Maintenance usually comes pretty fast for repairs and I'm very pleased with their services. I'm very pleased to be here and I feel very secure here.

The activities and maintenance are very good. They do a good job of taking care of us.

The cost is more than I hoped it would be but it's not unreasonable either. So far so good with management. I've been satisfied with all the departments.

I have no complaints with the dining, the staff are excellent. Everything is ok with the laundry and housekeeping services. They are efficient with the housekeeping. Maintenance is very helpful as well and everything with the transportation is excellent. I'm very happy and I will recommend this place every time I see someone.

We did chose Paragon because it seemed to be more afforable than many in the area. I would say they are probably pretty good. My dad is very happy with the food. He has a refrigerator and microwave in his room that he doesn't use. He says he doesn't need any additional food. He doesn't snack between the three meals because he enjoys the food that he is eating. The cleanliness in his apartment is good. My dad is very neat, he keeps his apartment spotless. They do his vacuuming. The inside and outside of the building always appears to be maintained. The care staff are very helpful. We take my dad out on Saturday night so he misses the distribution of medicine. They are good about finding him and getting that taken care of because they know he will be gone. I think everything is handled well.

I do have a calendar it looks on par with other places, but my mom hasn’t had the opportunity to participate. I haven’t seen any problems in housekeeping so I think they're taking care of her well. There were a couple of areas in her bathroom where they did some work and that went well. I think they show some attention, they made sure she was welcome.
