The food quality is good, and the activities are good. Maintenance is also very good, and they respond quickly. The housekeepers come regularly. I would recommend it.
We like having my uncle and aunt at this community because it feels less insitutional. The healthcare staff is very good and they have enough people because I know about censuses. The transportation vehicles are in good condition, maintained and the drivers are very nice. Both of their rooms have been kept clean by housekeeping and the building maintenance appears satisfactory. My aunt enjoys the activities in Memory Care and I have almost seen an improvement with her since moving there because they have been engaging her. I just met the manager at the Christmas party who seems very nice and I have a good rapport with the Director of Nursing. Overall, they feel safe and comfortable at the community.
