I am happy he's there and he’s happy. That's all you could want. I feel this crew is on top of things, if I call and come down and ask questions, they break and attend to me right away. It's so relieving to know I can come and go, and he's in a safe space.

They have always been excellent on answering questions and providing information that we need when we need it. My mother uses the beauty shop and she loves the beauty operator there. My mom is happy with the laundry. They put in new furniture it the area when you first walk in to the facility and they put in new dining table and chairs. It looks very pretty. Sam the maintenance guy is wonderful. The care givers are so incredibily caring and my mom just loves those people. My mom says they are the sweetest most wonderful people. recommend them to my coworkers who are looking for a place for their aging parents. I always recommend Blossom Valley.

The price is certainly competitive with the other communities around the area and they have much better staff and management than other communities. Management communicates well and they have been there since she moved in in 2009. I have developed a very good and close relationship with them. Our conversations are always candid, frank and informative. The food is great, the service is great, there is variety, it is well prepared and it is hot. I know they have a lot of activities and the girl who heads them up tries very hard to get her engaged. Maintenance has been very responsive, we have had no issues with the cleaning and in general, the caregivers do a good job. I keep my wife here because of the overall quality of the staff. I think their overall level of staff, care, quality and confidence is the best around. I recommend it all the time because I think they are head and shoulders above the other communities in the area even with some of the holes they have.

The management is very friendly and I haven't seen any problems. I go everyday and there are several people available. The room seems nice and clean and she is clean. Maintenance seems pretty good. The building is well kept. The care seems to be just fine. Anytime I have seen the care givers interacting with anybody they have been very kind and sweet. I am happy that she is happy to be there. She seems safe and she even stated that a few days ago. She said this is a really safe place.

Management is like family already. This has been a very emotional event and they were so gracious every step of the way. They helped with paperwork and let me ask any question. There are at least three or four who are already friends. The food smelled delicious when she was eating and it also looks really good. My mom is happy with the food and the service is good. There was a caregiver who was feeding a resident but she was still attentive to all the other resident's needs. I was impressed with that. My mom is interested in the activities and they look very good to me. Her room was clean when I was there and everything always smells good. Maintenance hung pictures for her and that was good. I talked to the maintenance guy who told me they were going to take out some more trees and put in some herb gardens for anyone who wanted to do some gardening. That was exciting to hear. Anyone I have come into contact with has been knowledgeable and helpful. At first I thought the apartment was quite small but after getting her furniture in we realized it was just fine. I feel really comfortable with her there because there are no stairs. If she were to fall someone would be there. I can breathe again. They were a godsend to me and my family.

The reason we chose this community for our mom was the longevity of which the employees had been there. They quickly made relationships with our family and made the tough decision easier. Mom is happy with the food and has already taken advantage of many of the activities, including a trip to the grocery store. The building is very nice, warm and looks very active. There is a lot going on and that makes you feel it is a place alive with activity and not quiet like a library. I am pleased that she is gettting the care that she needs. We just really appreciate everyone from the ones that started the initial assessment of her. She had gone through a similar assessment prior to going into the one from Blossom from her own doctor. They treated her very respectful, the results were still the same, but it was the dignity with which they treated her that was appreciated.

My daughter chose this community because the last place she was at was a nightmare. She wanted to die when she was there. She investigated this community and told me she thought she would be happy here. I think the value is very good and compared to her previous community it is 100% better. She is happy to have a place of her own. She can go in and out as she wants to and is able to have her cat with her. She loves the management and they have good service in the dining room. Maintenance mounted her TV for her. Her fridge was too high so it was freezing everything. She had some flowers in her fridge that were completely frozen. Her friends called and had maintenance come adjust that for her. The vehicle is beautiful on the outside and it gets her where she needs to go. My daughter is so much happier at this community than she was at the last one. It is so great to see a smile back on her face.

Everybody seems conscientious. Anytime I have had any question there hasn't been a problem getting it answered. Everyone seems to care and it is a very secure facility. My wife likes it here and she has a nice apartment. As far as I can tell the food is really good. They have had a couple of family feeds, which I have attended, and everything was good. Everything seems clean and I am happy with the houskeeping and maintenance has everything operating fine.
