Brentwood at Fore Ranch

The staff I have dealt with all along and the care my father receives has been very good. The building appears to be fine and maintenance staff addresses things at the time it's brought it to their attention. When I come over, which is at varying times and different days, I have never come into the apartment to see it not clean or not well taken care of. It seems that they try to offer a lot of everything with activities. The meals are very good, balanced and the food is very nice. Overall, it's been going as well as can be expected.

It's a beautiful place. The maintenance is pretty good, I've never had a problem with maintenance. The price is good. She loves the people there and everyone loves her too. I really do like the place.

The food here is fabulous and the servers are wonderful. The housekeeping is perfect and the maintenance man is fabulous. He is constantly fixing things and painting so the building is excellent. The bus driver and caregivers are also fabulous and the caregivers are attentive. I can call there 24/7 and someone will always answer the phone. That is management and down. We are very impressed and compared to the other communities I have seen I think the price is fair. Everyone knows us by name and they are so efficient.

Management is both respectful and knowledgeable, the activities are pretty good and housekeeping keeps her room clean. The building is very good looking.

The management team is very responsive to the needs of the residents and their family members. The care givers are proactive for their residents and address things before they become a bigger problem. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The residents seem much happier at this community and that's a good indicator for a quality facility because the people feel comforatable and well taken care of!

I chose this place for my parents because it was one of the nicer communities we looked at. The healthcare is good and they have enough staff. Everything looks perfect and the maintenance staff do what they say they're going to do. Laundry services are pretty good and activities are offered all the time. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. The food is good and the menu variety is satisfactory. All in all, they feel safe, comfortable and it's the nicest, cleanest place I found for the money.

The laundry and housekeeping are very good. Wth the new management in there, they have done a really good job of cleaning up the place and keeping the building maintained and clean. The outside of the building is very eye appealing. Overall, the care givers are pretty good. They have all been very kind to me, and whenever I have asked for assistance, they will help. I do feel that he is safe and taken care of. I am happy with what I am getting and what he is getting. He is being taken care of medically. The new administration has definitely shown an improvement.

The management always does call backs and always informs me of what is going on. I am satisfied with them. The transportation service is very satisfactory. I have eaten there a couple of times with my mother, and we think it is excellent. There are some servers that are really sweet. It is a nice facility, and I would recommend it to someone else.

When I met and dealt with the management team they were very nice, listened and had an open door policy. When I went in they were very helpful and the caregivers were absolutely fabulous. They were engaging with all the residents and were absolutely wonderful. The employees were great. They were always out with the residents. You never had to hunt someone down. The food here was always delicious, hot and appealing. It always tasted good. Her room and bathroom were always clean, her bed was always made and she always had clean clothes.

Both of the management teams were absolutely excellent. They showed me the place and they took me around every place. The head person even treated my sister and I to lunch to get a sampling of the food. The food was excellent and the staff was great. Based on the activities calendar they are well planned and they put out great notices where you can easily have access to them. The housekeepers are very pleasant people. They are very nice and very friendly. In regards to maintenance, the two fellows in her area definitely are great.
