Brentwood at St Pete

My dad moved to this community because it is close to my work and looked like a nice community. It is well rated and the staff is courteous and helpful. You get what you pay for and his room is very nice. The food is good and the activities are fine. They are doing a great job with the laundry and maintenance is very helpful. The care is very good. I can't imagine this community being any better unless you are willing to pay a lot more.

I chose this community for my mom because the social worker at Camden Place recommended this place. Management is good and they've been very fair. They're there all of the time if we need anything. Maintenance was very helpful with the move. Housekeeping is pretty good, the place is clean and it's a very well lit up place. They have karaoke and stuff, the activities seem pretty cool and they have a calendar with a list of things they do. The food is also pretty good.

It is all good and Mom seems real happy. The dining is excellent. The activities are really good. She loves the live music they have some in. She likes the outings. She has gotten involved with some of the trivia. I have no issues with maintenance. They seem to come when there is a problem and are able to fix whatever it is. All in all, I think it's a good value.

For the price and what is offered I would say it is a very good community. They have quite a few activities. The staff is encouraging. They have the activities listed on the calendar telling when, where and what time they will be doing something and that's pretty good. Housekeeping is okay and maintenance has come and helped me with a lot of things.

I chose this community for my mom because I've been looking at Brentwood for nearly a year and we liked the facility, it was attractive, clean and the people were friendly. We noticed the dining room wasn't overly large, it's cozy and everyone made us feel at home so we felt like mom could feel at home here. Without a doubt the care staff is just overwhelmingly nice and they know my mother's name. We spoke with Matt in maintenance and he helped us after hours to hang some pictures and made it look home like for my mother. We've been very pleased with everything so far.

The community has the licensing to be able to give shots on premises versus homecare or something like that. My father says the food is good and the housekeeping is definitely better than where he was at previous to Brentwood and noticeable immediately. I’m comfortable with the Life Alert button he has around his neck and I worry less with him there.

Overall, it was great. My aunt never complained about the food while she was here. They had a wide variety of things she could choose from if she didn't like what the planned meal was so they was nice. I am pleased with the services she received from housekeeping and maintence. I think it is a great community.

My uncle recently moved in and management was helpful. Joe has been great, he's been very good. Very helpful. Marcia's been a big help too. The food looks good, the menu looks attractive, and all the residents say the food is great. My uncle says housekeeping checks in four or five times a day to help him. He's incontinent and she helps take the trash out. His apartment is cleaned once a week. I think everything is going fine with care. Everyone I've dealt with so far has been real nice and easy to work with.

It was a recommendation from where my mom was in short term rehab. Marcia and Kelly in management have been excellent, they've been very helpful. The food was good the times we've been there, the staff are very friendly and courteous and my mom has told me she enjoys going down there, so it's good. The staff come down and remind her about activities, they have Happy Hour and different things going on. The caregivers are very friendly, her cat is a big hit.

Everybody is very attentive. The management staff are always asking if we need anything or could they do anything else. They have been professional Mom really enjoys going on the rides with the activities department. I have been pleased with the services she has received from housekeeping and maintenance departments. Overall, everybody's heart is in the right place
