I think the value is excellent. I feel like mother is very safe. I was very nervous at first, but I have totally calmed down in the three weeks she has been there. I know she is safe, cared for and taken care of. The staff has been great to me and very welcoming. The food is good. They have been very flexible and try to give her what she wants. They try to do a variety of things and they give the residents choices on activities. There is a girl back in memory care and she is always cleaning. When she needs assistance they help her. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

It was really the atmosphere and the people when we went on a tour that made me want to move in. Anytime I have dealt with the caretakers they've been very pleasant and have been keeping me up to date with what's going on. The communication has been good as well and you can tell the CNAs really care for the residents. They strive to build relationships with them to get to know them and that's what they need, which is great. The facility is maintained well and all the employees pitch in on that, so I think that's nice to see. They're working on the courtyard area and the planting. I love that it's a one level community. Everything about the facility is clean, which is nice.

One of the reasons that we chose it was because the cost was a little less than other paces we visited and they seemed to have the same services. They have different sized rooms but in the memory care they have the same size studio. It seems to be working out for my mom. Any questions that I have the management staff have been very good at answering them and giving me the information that I need. My mom says that the food is very good. The caregivers seem very caring and they answer questions.

I love the place, I love the people. Yvonne really helped us out getting a military discount for my mom. She was always pleased with the food and gained 15 pounds she needed. Michelle was fantastic, everyone else was super attentive, these girls, they work their butt off, they're great. Whatever they're paid, they deserve more. When the staff fights over who gets to help your mom, you know that's good.

We found it online and we came down to look at it and decided it was a nice place. The staff is excellent, everyone is friendly and courteous. We couldn't ask for anything better. My wife says the meals are great. I think the caregivers are great too. The activities are good, she participates and enjoys them.

The management staff is professional, they are courteous, and they listen. They are very good people and I like them very much. I like the Administrator, Irene, and I like everybody I have dealt with over there. My mom hasn't said anything about the food, so I would say its fine. To have activities on top of the services I think goes above and beyond. So I think it is really great. The caregivers are very personable and very professional. I like them very much. I think it's a great place.

We knew some people there when we toured the place and we've had relatives there. We went to several places to compare value, and we felt that it was good here. My parents enjoy eating there, it's convenient to them. I can't get them to participate much in them. My mom is especially still getting used to the place. I showed her to some things she might like and I think they went to a singing and church service so they are doing a few things. Both of my parents are always in clean clothes, so we haven’t had any issues with laundry. Housekeeping and maintenance have also both been good so far. Overall, the care team and community seem to be doing well with them.

We've had a past experience with it with my wife's aunt staying there so we knew what to expect and the other primary factor was the cost. That was very attractive to us at the time. She's in a studio, it's good, plus the extra services, she has medicine scheduled and just the level of care for her age. When you consider it, you're really getting your money's worth and we couldn't have done it at the facilities in the local area if it wasn't what you guys charge. It's very affordable. The care itself is outstanding I tell her to push the button if she has any problems and they've always responded right away and been very accommodating.
So far the management has been outstanding and they've been very helpful. They've been responsive to everything. The dining also has been very, very good. I think they have wonderful activities to keep them involved and there's a good variety. They're very good with making verbal cues and reminding her of things going on while she's still transitioning in there. Matt, the maintenance guy, is excellent, outstanding, very accommodating with great follow through.

I just hear what people say and they say 'You'll love it here, they're like family, and they take care of you and watch out for you” and these are people who have been there two years, four years, that type of thing. I appreciate the service, I really do, we couldn't have done it without the price point and the care given there based on my mother's current situation so it's been a big plus.

It's a very good value for the money. They are all very caring and respectful. They treat them with dignity and I respect and appreciate that. The sense of community I felt between the residents and the staff at Cameron Hall was why we chose it. I have been totally pleased with everything that has gone on so far regarding the management. It's always immaculate in her apartment, my mom's apartment isn't always but that's because she's messy. The care staff are all very caring and respectful and don't talk down to the residents. They treat them with dignity and I respect and appreciate that. I haven't seen a single one not like that and they have always been responsive.
