They've been fantastic about everything, everyone is super nice. The management staff is really good, they answer all my questions and they get what I need. Everything is going great there. Everything is clean and new. They have a calendar and schedule and sometimes they go to the store, so it's nice for them to get out. It's a wonderful place.

I'm very pleased, it's a prayer answered for me. The caretakers all very helpful and check on my stepfather every two hours. They're like a big family. It's always super clean; it looks brand new to me. They're very family oriented and seem like they care, they're helpful every time I'm there or have called. I've gotten a call or two every week about activities or something else going on. He said they're feeding him well and he's very happy with the food. Everything is going great.

From what I've seen there, they offer a wide range of spacious rooms. The fact she has all that she has included in the package, the value is good. The meals I've had there with my mom have been excellent. When they make a request, it's immediately looked after. She said it's like going into a nice restaurant, you sit down and you're attended to. She says it's very good. They're doing an awesome job with the activities. So far the activities have been wonderful. The calendar is very well posted throughout the facility and each resident has a copy in their rooms and it is full, there is something for her to do every day. I have already recommended them to several people because my mother's very happy. Overall it's been a good transition, it's been good for my mom and I'd absolutely refer anyone to live there from what I've seen so far.

I think it's a good value for everything that is provided. The caregivers are great people. There are two or three of them who are very special. Neal, in maintenance, was very good to help any time we needed help with anything. He is excellent. Housekeeping has been good and the activities have been keeping them busy which is a good thing.
