The Carlisle Palm Beach

I am very happy with where my mom is. I couldn't ask for anything better or any changes. My mom now is in memory care and everything is perfect. The management in memory care is amazing. The activities are great! My mom can't keep time so they come and get her for everything. The building is beautiful and maintained well. It is a really nice facility and it doesn't feel like an old age home. As soon as we moved in, we were able to get someone there to do some adjustments in the room. In memory care, the care staff have it under control. It is so easy. The person that runs the Wellness Center is excellent.

It is a very nice community. I love the food. My mother and I think it is great. There is enough variety on the menu and the service is also great. Leanna, Cuby and Verance, they do a good job and always have a smile on their face. There are enough activities provided at the community and are there is something always going on. The residents may not always participate, but they are always invited to join.

I think it is a good place for me and I am content here. I like the director Richard. I think he is doing a good job. For an institution I think the food is quite good especially the breakfast. The breakfast is outstanding. For me there is enough variety. I think the activities are quite extensive. The outside of the building looks attractive. I like the landscaping. I use the transportation all the time and I think they are outstanding. Everything is fine. All of the drivers are excellent and caring.

The care staff did a great job and they were really nice to dad. Maintenance always kept the community clean and the housekeeping and laundry was consistent. The activities took place daily and I found a lot of the residents participated. The ladies in charge of the activities got all of the residents in motion and did a fantastic job. The food was prepared very well, the quality and selections were good and so was the service. Overall, I think the community is a wonderful place.

This community provides the confidence for me and my siblings that my parents are in a safe place. There are people available to look out for them, there are plenty of activities, and the food is good. The staff encourages interaction between the residents, and I think that is excellent. They have made some good friends since they moved here, so I think it is worth the cost. When I visit, everything seems to run really well. The food is excellent. The dining room has plenty of choices, and the dining staff is outstanding. Everything seems to be in excellent working order.

I think it is wonderful there. In regards to the activities, my mother loves happy hour. I think it is fun for them over there. My mother is happy with her cleaning lady. She uses the transportation, and it is very good. When I eat with my parents, I love the service. The value is excellent. I think it is wonderful there.

Management is great, and everyone is very attentive. The dining service is very good, and there is always an activity going on. The housekeeping is excellent. The value is good, and it is worth every penny. To know they are safe is very important and worth the extra penny. This is a great place to live.

The services here are fabulous. The management is terrific. The new director is very good. He is attentive. He listens to you and is there to solve problems for you. The wai tstaff is terrific and attentive, and they get your food for you quickly. Our meals are terrific. The activities are terrific. There is always something to do, which keeps us occupied. We get terrific entertainment here. Lynn is in charge of the chambermaids, and she makes sure everything is nice, clean, and presentable. Housekeeping is always working and are always getting you what you need. My chambermaid was on vacation, so Lynn herself came to my room and cleaned because she couldn't get someone to clean it at my regular time. That was amazing. Maintenance is also terrific. They take care of everything. About four or five weeks ago, the faucet in my bathroom was leaking. I thought it could be fixed, but it couldn't. They took it out and gave me a new faucet. That was incredible. If you need something, you tell the front desk, and they come and fix it within hours. The location of this community is fabulous and beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. I have been here for 9 years, and I love it. This is a fabulous place to live.The staff is incredible and really well trained.

Management is very pleasant and helpful. I am happy with the aides. They are very helpful to me, and I wouldn't be able to manage without them. They are like family. The food is fine, and if you don't like something, you can get something else. The activities are also fine. They provide a lot, so you can do what you want. The housekeeping is very good. Tme maintenance comes as fast as they can when you call them. They are very helpful.

This community is really nice, and you get what you pay for here. The management team is very responsive, very nice, and super good at their jobs. They handled the Dorian evacuation super well. The dining staff is good, and the food is pretty good. They have tons of activities here, and they do a good job of doing stuff all the time. They have a good variety of activities. Housekeeping is impeccable and wonderful. The staff are helpful to my mom. The building is lovely. Everything is clean, and her apartment is beautiful. Transportation is always available. They are very patient with my mom and take her where she needs to go. That is lovely. They take great care of my mom here.
