The Carlisle Palm Beach

Management is compassionate, delightful, kind and very nice people. Ann was the server on the first floor and she was outstanding. She goes beyond just people's needs. She was absolutely wonderful. The quality and variety of the food was good. The housekeepers are very thoughtful, kind and considerate. I would like to commend certain people: admissions, the director of the facility, the wonderful housekeeper, and the lady who spoke to us when my husband was first admitted. They were all very kind. One of the reasons I felt so willing to go there was the people in admissions.

I think the management staff here is good. The maintenance staff is very good at responding. The one who cleans my place is very nice, she does a good job. I play Bridge and take part in the activities I'm interested in so I have plenty to do.

I like what they did to prepare with the hurricane, and how the staff took care of my mother during the hurricane. The housekeepers are fairly consistent and they keep it as clean as possible considering my mother is 98She uses the aides to go place to place. They do a good job with dealing with people with incontinence. I'm very pleased with the person that works with her most of the time. That's one of the most important things. I think it's a pretty good place.

We are satisfied with our circumstances and choose to stay where we are. The care staff takes care of my medications and help with my shower. I think the everyday basic maintenance is very good. The permanent staff is good at what they do and are easy to work with. They try to satisfy you.

Compared to other places, it's fair, it is what it is. We chose it because we thought it was a nicer facility. I think the management and dining have been pretty good. They offer quite a few activities. Overall, it's a good community.

I think it's a good value. We shopped around before we decided to go there. I think the activities are great. My mother doesn't take advantage of them, but they seem to offer some great options for them. She has her own aide, but the caregivers do check in on her from time to time, which we appreciate. It's a very nice facility in a good location and she has a nice room. I think it's all worth the money.

I think that The Carlisle one of the better facilities in the area, with that, there is value for the price that we're paying right now. The dining staff is very accommodating, the meals seem to be nutritious and there always seems to be a good variety. I'm very glad that she is at the Carlisle, I must say it is better than most.
