I don’t know if I can put a dollar value on the care she gets there. I never worry about safety or maltreatment, and you can’t put a dollar value on that. Overall I would say Jeannie tries really hard to keep them occupied and stimulated and gives them lots of opportunities with outside entertainment coming to the community. The entire community is clean, fresh, it never smells bad. They do a good job with the building, that's another strong area.The nurses and Jean have been extraordinary and respectful.

The management has all been absolutely wonderful. Jeffery is a wonderful person. He has been such a kind good person. The building is kept very nice. They decorate for every holiday. The care givers are wonderful. The aides are always coming in and checking on her.

Management is very informative and if we need help they will help us. What we have seen of the food, it's very well prepared and nutritious and the staff makes sure my sister goes down for her meals. The healthcare staff goes over and above what is required to keep someone comfortable. They all do the very best they can for my sister and we're very pleased.

The management does a great job, the dining service is very good and the activities director is wonderful. They have a lot of different activities and a lot of different entertainment. The building is well kept and is clean. She is happy where she is at so that is a good thing.

I haven't had any problems with managment and everyone is friendly. If I have any questions I always get it answered. They do a lot of activities at the community. My grandmother loves the maintenance guy. She said something about her refrigerator and she had a new one that day. They are very helpful. The care staff are always there. They check on her quite frequently and call me if there is an issue.

The management bend over backwards to help and they have an open door policy for any complaints or comments that you have. I have talked to Jeffery about things. If they don't know the answer they will find out and get right back to me. I like the food and there are good options. The servers are fine. They are always helpful and will go back for two or three trips if I have a need for jelly or butter. The activities director goes above and beyond to give us good entertainment and good crafts and good sing alongs. She makes sure we have bingo and euker. Some ladies play monopoly. We have a good overall variety of activities. The housekeepers are wonderful keeping everything clean for me. The lady that does my laundry always puts it away for me which is helpful because I can't stand for too long. The maintenance staff is excellent.
