Management is right on top of everything, they are open and communicate well. I think the activities are excellent, housekeeping does a good job, everything is fine with the maintenance and the transportation is excellent. She is getting all the care she needs.

The care for the price is the best in town. Management is pretty good, they know her and the family members by name. The activities have always been good but they're even better now with the new activities director. My mom's room is always clean when I'm there. The building and ground looks nice. The healthcare staff are very responsive to my mom's needs.

Compared to where my brother was and where he is now he couldn't be happier. The nurses are great, the staff is great and management is great. My brother is happy with the food. He said it is great and he looks forward to it. The activities that they are doing sound good. The room is always clean and the halls are always clean. Everybody has been wonderful there.

The management all seem coordinated and they are very visble. They are really concerned about all of the patients and they treat them very well. They treat her like family and I know she is in good hands.

She says she likes it there and the people are nice. I don't have any complaints with management. They have been very accommodating and helpful. I am happy with things so far. The building always looks nicely maintained to me. When I've had questions and talked to the nurses and stuff they have been very helpful and nice.

This is a nice nursing home for what it is. It is a very good price for the services she gets. They treat my mom very well there. The price is better here than what I have heard at other places. Management does a really good job and the service in the dining room is really good. They serve at the right time and they make sure they serve balanced meals. They make sure that everyone eats right. The housekeeping looks pretty good to me when I am there. I notice that when I am there the trash is always picked up and the room is pretty clean. My mom's room was redone before she moved in. The caregivers they have are pretty good and the nurses are really good. The staff they get does seem to be good and qualified. They are well trained. This community is a nice small area and they take good care of mom.

The accounting department is great. Everytime I have a question about billing she helps me with it. My mom seems to enjoy the food and hasn't complained about it. The building seems to be pretty good. They just got new lawn furniture. The maintenance is great. Mark seems to be on top of everything. Overall, the care givers are pretty good. The times that she fell they called me right away. The nurses are wonderful. All in all, It is a good fit for her because she couldn't be by herself.

Mom is as comfortable as she would be anywhere, and safe, we have no trouble with that at all. It's not terribly expensive compared to other places and she has her own room. That's great, she did not want to share a room. Management has been good. We’ve worked with Belinda who does the financial and that has worked out. We have no issues with Kyle, the Head there, he has always been helpful with us, and Mom’s pleased with the staff. Lisa, one of the aides, is her favorite. They get her pills to her and take care of her when she needs it. Maintenance is pretty decent. We have a ceiling fan we brought over and they installed it for us. She had a problem with her shower and they came in a reasonable amount of time to fix it. Mom feels the workers there are like her best friend, be they kitchen staff or care aides. For the money and the value, she gets her own room, and I guess for the money they are doing a pretty decent job.
