Management runs a really good ship there and the people seem to enjoy their jobs. The staff seems to be happy. There was plenty of activities offered. The care staff were wonderful, they took their job seriously.
It is in a great part of town and it is close to me and my brother. The management has been very good about keeping me abreast about things going on with my dad. We have been super happy with how the housekeepers keep my dad's place clean. Maintenance has been pretty good. The care givers have let me know every little thing. I appreciate everything they do for my dad.
They are one of the best priced communities in the Memphis and surrounding areas for quality care. I know when we moved in they were very fair and very acomommdating. The management has been very helpful throughout the process. The management has been really good answering her questions.The resident says that the food is great and the staff is great. They make sure she is taken care of. I have also let them know about her jewish heritage and her dietary constrictions and they have been very conscientious about giving her the right things. The activities director has been very willing and understanding of hearing different ways to integrate the jewish community. Kelly the maintenance man was very friendly and worked with us that day that we moved her in. The resident said that all of the staff that take care of her are very friendly. Everything has been great and they have a great team.
