I really think they do the best job they can. They are always checking on him and keeping me informed. They are kind to keep him moving and going. From what I see, the food looks great. They have bingo and little parties. I am just really pleased with all that houskeeping does. They keep things clean. They do his laundry. When he has accidents, they take it out right away and launder it. There was a couple things that needed fixed when he moved in, and maintenance fixed them right away. They have done a great job taking care of the building and grounds. They have put flowers out and people are able to go and sit out on the porch and enjoy it.

Management is very helpful and friendly. They seem to be happy in their work and willing to help out with anyones needs. Housekeeping is perfect. They do the laundry, they hang everything up, they make the beds, they clean the bathroom, sweep the floors, it's a really nice and clean place. The healthcare is excellent. The staff are nice and friendly and they treat my mom like family, my mom just loves them all. I'm really pleased with this place.

It is worth every penny that we pay, it is peace of mind for my siblings and I. We have been blown away by the care that our parents have gotten since they moved in, it is exceptional. There is an awesome calendar of activities. The housekeeping and laundry has been great. I would highly recommend the place to anyone. We love it.

Management has been very good, any questions we have they answer them right away, they call back. The housekeeping is very good, the place is always clean. They have many activities and she partakes in practically all of them so I think the activities are good, she's quite active. Amy has been excellent and I've talked with Barb and Valerie from time to time and they are excellent, they know what her needs are and they call.

I think this community is a great place. I think the value is pretty good and my husband is happy with it. Anytime I ask them about anything, they are always willing and able to help no matter what it is. The dining service is excellent. The whole place seems like it is very clean and doesn't have poor smells. The caregivers are wonderful. The way they take care of him is great and they are so nice to him. I haven't met one person who wasn't really concerned about him.

The management was there helping us from the time we came in. The care was excellent. They all loved my mom and she loved them. Anything that she needed they did. Shannon the nurse’s aide is the sweetest one there. Everything that she got taken care of for what we had to pay we couldn't find anywhere better.

My sister is always thrilled when the residents are taken some place, they're always doing things with them at the community, so they have a nice activity program. The staff does a good job serving the meals and if someone isn't there at dinner time, they'll accommodate them.

The food is good and Sarah in activities is super, she keeps the residents active and we just love her. The maintenance staff is great; all you have to do is mention something and they're right there. The people are just so nice out there, I think the value is very good. They're all very nice and my sister gets good care. She says it's a good place to be; I'm in the process of moving there myself.

My wife developed some health issues and it just knocked her way out for a loop. We had to go to the hospital then a nursing home. The room was very nice while she was there. There was always a care giver there and they were pretty prompt. They were attentive to her needs and respectful. The maintenance crew were helpful. They came and put up some pictures for my wife. They came and got the cable TV working right. Housekeeping always got her clothes washed and cleaned her room. I ate there and it was fine. The managers seem very professional and very knowledgeable. It was a perfect fit.

Beth, Tina, Val and Barb and the four names in the office that I know, they were so nice to me and my mother all of the time. They're all so friendly, courteous and they're all so caring with the residents that stay there. They're really genuine with the residents. The healthcare staff would always talk to my mom and they'd hug her when they needed to, they were just really nice people. They must really enjoy what they do. My mom always talked about how nice everyone was to her. I appreciated their work in the nursing home; they were the nicest people I've ever known. Our experience there was just amazing.
