The management always updated us if something was going on with my father's health that was very important to us. I think the caregiving was great. The girls were always asking about him when he was gone. They always gave us a heads up with how he was feeling. The variety in the dining room always looked great. As far as I know housekeeping was great. His room always looked clean. He loved it there. He considered the community to be home.

The management team is good. The condition of the community is really nice. The caregivers communicate well and call me if there is any problem. My in-law's room is nice; I haven't had any issues there.

They management is very respectful and very helpful. My mom does have a pretty good variety to choose from, and she said that the food has actually gotten a little bit better. The activities are fabulous. They offer a variety, and the activities director is incredible. The caregivers are incredible - patient, compassionate, and caring. I have no complaints with her there.

Based on my experience, I think the price is comparable to others. I think they do a good job with the people who live there. My dad doesn’t do any of the activities. I do know the Activities Director cleaned the place up immensely. She's very caring and has things going for people all the time, so much more than when we moved him in. Everything in the community appears to look great and they do a good job with his housekeeping. I think they do a really good job taking care of him.

We feel it's a good value. We're happy that it's an option for her. The building always looks nice, we have had no complaints about the management, and my mother-in-law tells me she is enjoying the things she is going to. We continue to choose it. We know there are other places she could live in, but this is the one we chose. I have already recommended it to at least five people.

I think the price is comparable to everywhere else. To me it's expensive, but not more than any other place of that caliber. Last time I talked to her, a week ago, she was commenting on how well she likes the meals. The staff is wonderful, and when I'm there they're wonderful. They interact with the residents, it's just great. They do have a great variety, from taking them out shopping or field trips, to activities there like crafts. It's a good variety. My mom is happy with it. They've been very good to her. She's had a couple of episodes where she's fallen and they were right there to get her to the hospital. They give her meds. If there are any questions the nurse will check on her and see how she's doing. That's been very good. We've been a lot less stressed knowing she's in the community, being taken care of. She loves it there; she's thrilled to be there. She's really happy there. I would definitely recommend it.

There is a great value present and the administrative staff is very supportive and is there when you need them. They are personable and create friendships with the residents. The community offers many activities. Laundry and cleaning is done weekly. His room is clean and it always looks good. Things are well kept and done when needed. His medication is always there morning and night. All in all, it's a great place.

We've talked to other facilities that are not nearly as nice, and they're at least the same price or more. My mom loves everybody there, a lot of them stop by just to talk. She likes it there very much. The managers have been very helpful, and very friendly. She loves her housekeeper. I would recommend it, if I needed to move in to a place like that I would move in. I really like everyone there, we got to know the front desk people who always greet us, everyone is so nice, they always offer us coffee.

I could not find any place less expensive that would treat her as well. The management staff is always there and they treat me like family. Mom loves her Bingo. Lisa's the new director there and she's fantastic. She takes care of mom, if something's going on she makes sure someone goes down and tells mom. I take care of her laundry but when I'm out of town the girls there all say they'd love to do it. They'll take care of her. I think Steve, in maintenance, is really working on making things good there. He's very visible, working around and doing things, I think he's done fairly well. The caregivers take really good care of her and make sure she takes her medicine on time. If I'm taking her out they make sure I have a packet of her medicine. They're very cautious with her and treat her like a princess.

My best friend's mother was there and we went to her 100th birthday party there so that's how we knew of it. It's been two years since moving my sister in and they pretty much keep me in the loop with what's going on. I have to say that Kelly and Linda are great. She says the food is good, she doesn't have any complaints. She has a couple cats and housekeeping does a great job with them. The healthcare staff team is great, I haven't met one yet that isn't great. They're just sweet. Donna is a saint, she is just amazing.
