The meal variety is okay. There are meals that are very good. The activities are excellent and the laundry rooms are very clean. The facility is very comfortable, clean and attractive. I had one thing, maintenance wise, that needed to be done as I was moving in and they were right on top of it.

I feel like it is a fair value. I feel like management are accessible and responsive. The food is quite good and the dining staff is very friendly and very good. I feel like they offer a good variety of activities and they offer a good amount of day trips. The housekeepers do a good job. They come on a routine basis and are very friendly. The facility appears to be well-maintained and the people who drive the bus are good.

I would tell people that this is the ideal place. I've referred a lot of people, and I definitely recommend the place to others. It's not a large complex, it's small and you really feel like you're a part of a family, we all do. And they promote that. I really do think people would enjoy it here. I do my own housecleaning and laundry. But the place as a whole is very clean, they have a great crew.

I feel safe and comfortable, and that was one of the first things I was impressed with. The management staff is very personable and always has time to talk to the residents. They have a lot of different things for different interests and make it easy for people who want to come and go as they please. I think the maintenance staff are very good and take care of things in a timely fashion. It's a wonderful place to be.

The management staff seems to be very efficient and know what's going on and really seem to care for the people who live there. The caregivers are very caring and loving and making sure the residents are getting the care they need. Every time I've been in there it's been very neat and tidy and if there ever is a need I see the housekeeping staff responds to it very quickly. They have tons of activities for the residents to do. It looks like they provide good, nutritious food that my grandmother enjoys so that's hopeful knowing she gets food she likes.

This is an awesome place and we've done our darndest to keep my mother here for the past year or so. I recommend it to everybody all the time. We've already had friends move here. Roberta, in management, is awesome. She's responsive. She's communicative. If she's not there, one of the other staff helps me get my answer. The caregivers have been awesome. Everything seems to be clean and garbage is empty. We get the service that's promised. There's always something happening all the time and everybody's always involved. They make them feel like it’s a real home.

It's a very happy place. I've been in other places before and you walk in and it’s just gloom. And people around here are laughing and joking and it's a lot of fun. They just started a painting class, and that's been great fun, there's a lot of giggling going on. They have a teacher two times a month, and other than that we paint what we want. It's been great and the class just keeps getting better. Dean and Heidi from transportation are so caring to these people, they're really wonderful. He's so accommodating; you'd think it was his mother he was helping. Housekeeping is better than I would ever do; they are so immaculate, and very pleasant. I'm happy here. I already have recommended the place to others. Everybody's happy and we have a good time.
