Claremont Senior Living

My husband has been there for two years, and I've had no problems. Housekeeping and laundry are fine, and I think maintenance is great. The care givers take care of him and we're very well satisfied. I'm just happy with them.

I think the cost is very fair for the services that are provided and for the community and environment. It is a very good staff and it is a good value for what it is. My mom's apartment is very nice. One of the things that stands out is that the management knows the residents personally and they know the resident's family by name and this isn't a teeny tiny place. That shows an attention to detail as well as an interest in the residents. When they see me come in, they go and retrieve things for me. It is awesome. Mom is very happy with the food and it is prepared like you would find at home. For the most part the staff is aware of her dietary restrictions. When there have been problems with that it has been addressed and corrected. I think they have good activities and her apartment is always very clean every time I come into it. It is very neat and there are no odors. She has sensitive skin but housekeeping is taking extra precautions with the laundry. The transportation works very well for her.

I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations my mother receives at Claremont Senior Living because they knock it out of the park. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable and responsive, so they're excellent to her. While I have not been there recently during activities, the community has always had really good activities for the residents. As far as I know with regards to the dining experience, the food has always looked really good. In terms of cleanliness, the laundry is really good, the housekeeping is good and if we mention something to the maintenance staff, it's taken care of. While most of the management team is new now, everyone works really well and the front desk staff have been fantastic, with the accounting department always being really good too, so overall it's been a fantastic experience for her at the community.

The lady at the front desk is way cool and the director is a pretty cool guy. We talk a lot and he tells me a lot of things about my mom. She seems to be pretty happy with the care givers. Every time we're there everything is in order, we’re satisfied with apartment cleaning and laundry. She seems to be somewhat okay with the food. There as a nice Christmas dinner there, it might have been catered. That was cool. We’re satisfied with the value there.
