Cottage Landing Assisted Living

We chose Cottage for our mother because we heard good things about it. So far, all the caregivers have been excellent and they communicate with us whenever there is an issue. They're also professional and personable, so while it's one thing to be professional, they know your name and stuff as well. The grounds are also great and we have had family members impressed when they visit, so things are done very well. The staff has been very good, responsive and aware of Dementia, so I am very pleased and glad we found the place.

Everybody has been so great and my mom is really happy so that's worth everything. Management seems to be really attentive and if I have any issues or questions, I don't have a problem getting in touch with anyone, I've been very pleased so far. The woman that cleans her room is wonderful, she's so kind and takes time with my mom and they are always accommodating to her. The maintenance guy is great, he helps her with everything, they're fantastic. When she does need the transportation services, they are available and make an extra effort to make sure she is where she needs to be safely and is picked up. It's been great, every time she's used it has been fantastic. The staff is doing great, I'm really happy.

In the almost three years my mother-in-law has been here the dining room is very clean and the residents have their set little tables. It's very warm and inviting, the quality of food is very good and the service is good. They do a wonderful job with the care and nursing. I don't see things broken and things get repaired right away. Maintenance does a very good job. Cottage Landing has been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. They are very good at communicating with us if they need anything or if they're unsure of anything.
