A load off our minds to have her in a safe place!

I went around and looked at places and we narrowed it down to three where my sister-in-law could afford to stay. Countryside was her favorite and I also think it's very nice. I like the people there. It's a load off our minds to have her in a very safe and lovely place. I know they play bingo and jeopardy and sing songs. Housekeeping does a fine job and Gary from maintenance is very accommodating. I feel very positive about everything there.

My father was in a different facility in West Dallas and I toured Countryside and it was clean and the energy was very positive and upbeat. The residents looked cared for, clean and groomed. It just felt like a really good decision. The management staff is very down to earth straightforward, upbeat and honest. Housekeeping has been wonderful. I haven't had any complaints.
