Countrywood Assisted Living and Memory Care

There were some wonderful girls on the care staff. They took the time to get to know my dad and what he liked. Scott in maintenance was very good and accomodating to us. There were enough activities offered at the community and they were always doing something and trying to include him. Casey and Tiffany would always encourage my dad to participate. The management went above and beyond helping me get my dad there and to help adjust to the change. The value was awesome and I was very satisfied with the price compared to other communities I checked out.

Management has been very good at communicating, they are very friendly and they provide well. My dad likes the desserts and housekeeping is doing a good job. The caregivers have been really great and they get things he needs right away. They are very sweet people. I think the value is great and we are very happy with this place.

The management seems to be very accessible. My dad is pretty happy with the food. It sounds like everything is going well with the activities. As far as I know, everything with the care has been going great. Someone comes in to give my parents their medications, and they seem to know what they are doing. They are pleasant. As far as I know, we are happy.

The care staff is very hands on with everything I've ever asked. I think they've got some of the best aides that have been there for a while. Seth, the maintenance man, has done a good job since he took over. The housekeeper that they have is super. He's just so sweet. My mom just loves him. I know he's good at what he does. Michelle has been amazing with the activities. She encourages them all to take part, and she listens to what they have to say. They've done a lot of things. They just got a new dietician, and she's amazing. I think the wait staff is amazing. I've never had any problem with them. I really like the new director. She's very good to take care of things that we need to have taken care of. I'm just really pleased with them in there. I see the smiles on their faces. It just seems like all of the residents are happier with where they are right now.

He isn't picky about his food, but I think they have a nice variety. He has never once complained. I think the facility looks nice, and they keep things up. The transportation has been great. I think that the care is going great. I know they are right on top of the medications. I think they work really hard and try to keep it as consistent as they can. They work hard to keep the consistency. Anytime that I have questions, the staff answered them. They're on top of it. They have been awesome about the transportation. They all know each other, and they are all concerned about each other.

All I can say is she has been there for five years and myself, brother and sister have been very satisfied and pleased on how things have gone. I don't know how it could be any better for her. Management is readily available and always willing to answer questions. Mom has not complained about the food. The apartment and builiding are always clean and there is never an odor. The healthcare staff is very conscientious.

The management are all real personable. They have done anything that we have asked them to do. They have quite the selection on the dining room menu. A lot of it is stuff that is considered local and it is like down home cooking. It sounds like they have quite a few activities going on there and they have a new bus.

I have no complaints. They are good communicators. I feel my mom is safe there with the codes and alarms. She has been pretty happy with the food as far as I know. She really likes the husband and wife team that comes and sings. She likes the gospel singing and stuff like that. They are pretty good about the cleaning. They usually do it once a week. As far as them doing the laundry the girls are real good about doing that. She has used the transportation a couple times to go to the doctor. When the service was used it was good. They were very attentive to her. They made sure she was secure in her wheelchair and everything. The girls on the care staff are pretty attentive. T

Linda is just truly awesome, she helps us with dad, she's just unbelievable, and that’s why my dad is there because of Linda. The team spirit funnels all the way down, that's how good the management is there. Dad is happy with the food and they're always very accommodating if we want to stop in and eat with him, they even take him out to trips to go out to eat. Housekeeping does a tremendous job and maintenance is always very responsive, it's great every time I've been there. The healthcare staff is very attentive and they truly care, we really appreciate them, they are truly a Godsend in our situation.

I have no problems with any of the management. They are amazing. Michael is out on the floor all the time and is very loving. Glenda and Tiffany and Michelle; if I need anything they are right there. I think the dining staff is doing an amazing job considering they are dealing with older people. She does the bingo and the exercise and the outings. The care givers are great. I think it is an amazing place.
