The management is very attentive and they do the best job they can to make sure that everyone's needs are met. Everyone there is very helpful and have been responsive to anything we've had. It seems like it is a good value for what is provided and the availability for them to use the resources.

The management, front desk, and caregerivers are very, very helpful and very friendly and very nice.

They have veterans there and my dad is a veteran so that was important to him. Management is very accommodating and quick to take care of any problems they see, they're very fast to answer questions. Maintenance is excellent, I've been working with Eric who runs maintenance and he's just incredible, I'm just beyond amazed with this guy. He's very knowledgeable in a lot of areas and he doesn't get to it eventually, he takes care of it.

I can't tell you the relief we have had with her there. It has been great. I would say the value is very good. They were very friendly and welcoming. The dining has been going well. She wasn't eating well when she was living on her own. We are thrilled she goes down for lunch and dinner. She only gets coffee in the mornings. She never finishes everything and brings the rest up to her room. She is eating more than she has in a long time. We periodically eat with her and think it is great. All the people that work in the dining are so sweet. They kid around with them. They are wonderful. I think the upkeep of the building is great. My grandmother was there when the Grand Court first opened. To see the change has been nice, it has been remodeled and everything looks new still. My sisters and I have been real impressed. It is a 20 year old facility but it doesn't look like that. It still looks new.

I am real happy with the activities. My mother does go down every once in while if there is a certain piano player. I think it is great what they provide. The laundry service is good. They make her bed. It is a good deal for her. I like the place and I think it is nice. I think the care givers have done a pretty good job. Overall, it is very convenient for us and it has been good for us.
