When I found this communtiy, it was the best option for my family. The management team has always been cooperative and go out of their way to help me. The garden is beautiful. Also, one plus is that the community lets the residents keep their pets. Housekeeping is great. The community has ongoing activities. The price is excellent, and the apartment is very nice.

My father likes the food. We are very pleased with the activities because there are things going on every day. Housekeeping has been on top of it, and everything looks great. The building is well kept. We have been very happy with the little bit of care that he has gotten here. For what you get here, I think it is priced fairly. We are very happy. Crescendo is at the top of my list.

The housekeeping is fine and his apartment is clean. He had an issue, but maintenance took care of it right away. This is a very nice place, and the price is very competitive. It is a very nice place with terraces and balconies. It has a lot of ammenities, and it is a good value for your money. The staff are all good. Also, it is in walking distance to things that seniors can do. It is in a residential area.

She is happy there, she never complains about anything. Dining is really good and the staff do a good job. They come and get them for activities and the girl in charge of activities, Sandra, she's wonderful. She does her best with all of the people there. They do real good with laundry and housekeeping. She's getting good care. She gets her shower and they do her medicine.

I think care services are on top of things. Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning the room. When I go there, I notice there are lots of activities for them to do. Management is excellent. They respond and take care of my mom. Maintenance seems to have everything great. They arrange for the carpet to get cleaned, and they are very good. It is a good value for what they get. We are happy for mom, and we love the place.

The care staff are top knotch, kind, personable, sensitive, selfless, and timely. It has worked out well for us. The music that they bring in from the outside is nice. The servers in the dining room are wonderful. I have no complaints about the,. The accommodations are good. My mom has been there nearly ten years, and she has had very few problems.

When you look at the size of the apartment, the food, and services he gets, it is a good value for your money. What I see on a day in and day out basis from dining is excellent. When I do eat the brunches, the food is delicious. The music they have for the brunch is excellent. It is 30s and 40s type music. They don't make it too loud, and it is wonderful. They have mind exercises, and he loves those. They bring in on the Happy Hour day a singer with recorded music, and that is top notch. The place is great, and everything is in order.. A couple of times, my dad has had to call about something with maintenance, and they are there immediately. The driver in transportation seems to be very helpful. He is very good with the elderly. He makes sure they get in and out. He walks them so they are not going across a parking lot alone. The management team is excellent. They are responsive. I like the program they run. They take part in it, and they are very hands on. You get what you pay for, and i feel it is worth the it. I feel my dad is very safe there.

Generally speaking, we have been very pleased, and I am very happy with the price compared to some of their competitors. I feel like my dad is getting as good of care and attention as he would anywhere else. The caregivers check on him every night and a few times during the day. Everybody in management has been super awesome about returning phone calls if they don't answer the phone right when I call, and everyone is friendly and nice. They have helped make my dad feel comfortable. They have activities going on every day. He raves about the housekeeping and says the ladies are extremely nice.

The new manager seems really nice and hard working. If I have any issues we talk about it, and the management seems to be on top of it. Juvie at the front desk has helped me out from the day I came in. If I have an issue or a problem, she seems to always take care of it. She looks like she can handle everything, and she really does a good job. In regards to the maintenance, anything that I have made comments on seem to be taken care of. The overall condition of the building seems pretty good. There always seems to be parking there. The care is all great. Valerie and Nurie are fantastic. I am really impressed with Valerie. She always stops in and talks to my loved one and explains things. She is always nice, friendly and caring. They all have been respectful and knowledgeable.

After looking at a number of places, it was the ambience being open and light, it smelled nice, and the staff were very helpful to my wife, so we chose this community. So far, everything has been good. I ate there one time, and it was very good. She says the food is good, and she can choose what she likes. I don't have any complaints with the housekeeping. I've already recommended it to two people.
