Cypress Place

We like the location and it is close to where we live. The housekeeping presents itself well. The personnel is very helpful and caring. We like the whole set up and think it is a good package. I think her apartment is good for her. It is a nice size. It is a nice studio, and my mother is happy with it. From looking at the list and stuff, there looks like there is a lot of diversity in the activities. The building seems to be well maintained. When things need to get done, they get done. There always seems to be people available. It isn't like we have to look around for somebody. The care staff are very pleasant. I am really happy with the people there.

The people that are here are very good at what they do and their services are good. They are polite and they are there when you ask them to be. I think it is a nice place to be at my age. The food is always good. They have more then enough variety. The housekeeping is great. Mike the maintenance man is johnny on the spot. He takes care of anything I need.

We are happy. I recommend it all the time. I think the management is very responsive. I enjoy the food and I think the service in the dining area is good.
