Eagle Springs

I think the staff tries very hard and they care which is one of the most important things. They are loving are caring. They do a really nice job in the dining room and mom is happy with the food. From what I hear and see, the activities are good for her. The housekeeping has been amazing and maintenance keeps the building very nice.

I appreciate all that they are doing for me and my husband. I would pay them lots more if I could. I truly feel that way. The care givers give up a lot and they do a lot for those patients. They are so nice and polite and try to steer the residents in the right direction. I think they do a wonderful job.

The management really seems to care about the people that are there and seem to be on top of things that are going on. When I need something or if I have a question I call and I get right through. I have heard the food is really good. Everything looked clean and well kept up when I was there. The care givers are always watching him and always checking on him making sure he is doing ok. Everywhere you look there are employees walking up and making sure everything is ok. If someone looks like there is something wrong they go and check on them. They don't miss much. They are very outgoing and very friendly. My dad seems very happy over there.

We are satisfied with the services and her room is just fine. It is as good as we could possibly expect. The caregivers do a really good job. They do a very good job with my wife and with the other people.

I chose this community for my husband because we needed to have people that specialized in memory care. My husband always seems to have plenty of clean clothes in his closet and everything is hung up, the room always looks clean as well. The weekends are quiet but during the week there is always something going on in the big room. They do encourage my husband to get involved in things he can. They do a wonderful job with the activities. The healthcare staff are always one step ahead of me which makes me feel really good. My husband is getting good care and I'm just relieved that I don't have to do it anymore.

My mom seems to be doing really good here and is very happy. It looks like they have pretty good meals there and they have options for the residents to chose from. It looks like they have a lot of activities to do at this community. The building looked good and clean when I visited and it didn't smell. From talking to her and the caregivers I can tell that she is real happy there. I can see that she is clean and they address all my concerns. They tell me what is going on with her. It is nice that they tell me everything. I am 800 miles away so it is nice that they let me talk to her. It seemed like they had plenty of staff and I didn't see anyone just sitting around. Management is really good, they keep the records straight and they are good to her. She is getting a very good deal and her apartment looks like a good space.

The staff has been great with my friend and I am pleased with how they treat their residents. He has been very happy and content since moving in here. He has gained weight since they feed him so well. Anytime I call management, anything I ask for is taken care of. He is a vegetarian and he loves the food. He says how good the food is. The servers make sure all the residents come to the dining room or they bring the food to them. I have seen the nurses play the guitar and sing with the residents. I know they interact with the residents and he tells me they do other things as well. Every time I have gone the housekeepers have been busy delivering clothing to residents. Everything is done according their time schedules. My friend asked for a boom box and his roommate’s wife left his boom box for my friend after he passed away. The power cord wasn't there but the maintenance man found the power cord for him and helped get it working. Everything that I have seen is painted and they got rid of the old junky furniture. They brought in leather furniture and crystal dishes for the dining room. The caregivers have been great to him. I see them with other residents and they are great with the residents. They are really great people and care about the residents. The price here is the same as other places. This is a great place.

I am so impressed by the management. They do a great job and they really fixed the place up. It is a complete turnaround from a few years ago. They are doing everything they can to take care of my dad. I have eaten there myself and it is darn good food. The pizza, they do a homemade pizza and it is amazing. We have never been disappointed. My dad has seconds and thirds. The maintenance staff do a good job of keeping up. We love the caregivers too and they seem to love my dad which is why they are trying so hard to make it work for him. They are very responsive. I will call to check on him and they don't ever make me feel like I call too much.

Glen in management is great. The healthcare staff seems to really like my mother. Maintenance seems to get everything fixed quickly and housekeeping seems to be pretty good as well. The dining is excellent; I have no complaints about the food. I'll eat it so it's pretty good if I eat it. I guess it is worth the cost because I can't take care of my mom, someone is taking good care of her.
