Eagles Landing Senior Living

We had looked at it two years ago and were really impressed with it. We decided when we needed it to go back and we were still impressed. The housekeeping and everything has been good. The staff is all nice and everybody's friendly.

The facility is really good. I recommended it because my mother lived there. It was always clean and friendly. The management is all super and very nice. The activities are all super. The housekeeping is good. They've cleaned up the landscaping and it really looks nice. The healthcare staff is very good, I haven't had any complaints. My father and I have been very pleased.

When we toured it, I was very impressed. There are so many services there offered that are important to a family's peace of mind. They answered all my questions whenever I called. The cost seems to be very good for the services that we get. There are plenty of people around keeping an eye on things. The apartment is always clean. The first week my father was there, I brought some Girl Scouts cookies and he said I can't eat those, I'm so full, and they feed us so well. He calls his wait staff person Zippy because she's so fast.

It had a homey feeling. I had been to several other facilities and it felt homier than they did. The management staff has always addressed immediately any issue I've had. My aunt has been extremely pleased with housekeeping. She said that they clean everything. It has been nice and clean every time I have gone, and it she is pleased with it. She said that the food is excellent. It's nice because they have the ability to choose from different menus.

I just really liked the facility when we toured it; it just proved to be the nicest in the area that we looked at. It's really competitive with everybody else, it's not too high. The management staff was all very helpful. I think the food is very good and there is always something going on. In terms of care, they are very good and very helpful.

My mother lived at the Eagles Landing for about two years before moving out. Toni in management was good, if we went to her with a problem, she took care of it. My mother enjoyed bouncing the ball in the hallway as one of the Memory Care activities. The care staff was good; they have some very compassionate people.
