My husband and I are really satisfied with everything. We’re very pleased with maintenance, and once a week the housekeepers vacuum and do anything I ask. I love the painting classes and they have exercise classes, the Activities Director is doing a good job. Overall they do a good job with food and the wait service and I am very pleased. I am real pleased with the management team, they go out of their way to accommodate you. Our cottage is really nice. We appreciate the community, they're excellent. I'd recommend it to anybody.

The management always keeps me informed on what is going with her. If there are any problems they always call. My mom really likes playing cards and bingo. She enjoys the art classes and loves to have her nails done and hair fixed. The maintenance people are wonderful. The care givers are always right there. They are always good about letting me know if my mom needs anything. They are always really nice.

I think they do pretty good on the activities. They have things for them to do and there is usually something going on. If I bring something to the attention of maintenance they get someone after it pretty quick. We had our dad here previously and they did a good job with him. That is why Mom wanted to go there was because she saw how well they did with Dad.

It has been a very pleasant experience and I think the price is pretty good for what they are getting. We looked around and the price was very comparable. Management is awfully good to my parents. My dad just told me the other week that this is the best food he has eaten in his life. He says it is really good. We have never seen their apartment dirty and anytime they need help, maintenance comes right up and gets it done.

I recommend it every day to people; my father-in-law is very comfortable there. He never gripes about the food and eats it all up. I've been there on family nights and they do a wonderful job. The activities staff keeps them active doing things all the time. The bus service there takes him to doctor's appointments and different stores. They've been good. The care givers are excellent. They're on top of it, and if something is wrong they fix it right away, they don’t wait. They are real respectful to all the residents that I’ve seen. Housekeeping is in there all the time cleaning, seems like every day. Everything is clean. Management cares about the residents and takes care of them very well. I think it's a fair value, everything’s square there.

The staff here are all hard working, dedicated and do a good job. The food here is adequate and the activities are generally good. The housekeeping is fine.
