Evergreen Retirement Community

My mom has been at Evergreen for 6 years now and it's worth the value. In terms of accommodations, it's beautiful, has a bocci ball area and a golf course so that is definitely nice. Management is attentive to my requests and when we have an issue, they really get to the bottom of it and get me answers in a quick manner. They have movies, Bingo and Forrest is our housekeeper, he does a really good job. When it comes to the Nurses, the Nurses themselves are very good so I would say the community has been really worth the value to us.

We priced a lot of different places before coming here. One of the reasons we came was the grounds, food, and location. I give out recommendations on this place all the time based on the good food and number of activities they offer. The management keeps things pretty well in order. They respond to any concerns we have. I really like having the option to go fishing with my dad down at the pond. That is nice. The care staff is very respectful and nice when they come to help dad get dressed in the mornings. Everything is well taken care of.

Evergreen is good, I wouldn't keep my dad there if it wasn't good. He likes it, it's his home. He likes the nurses and everything there. He has never complained to me about anything there. As long as Joan is in charge of Memory Care, I'll keep dad there. I trust Joan immensely. The caregivers are very good, very good, no serious problems with the care. The activities are excellent. Maintenance services are very good. The overall impression you get, grounds, cleanliness, it's excellent. When you walk in it's beautiful, well done. My dad likes it there, he wants to stay there.

My family members have been at the community for the last three years. I think that they have a number of activities for my mom. Housekeeping and maintenance have been fine. They feel safe and comfrotable there.

My mother moved into this community in February 2018. I believe she got a good value and she really liked this community as a place to stay. Management has a good system. The food looked like it was professionally executed and people knew exactly what to expect in terms of timing and how they are served. Everyone's expectations were generally met. The laundry was always done very nicely and well. My mom liked how it was done and how the laundry was delivered. My mom had an issue with her AC during the hottest part of the summer and it took the maintenance two or three weeks to get it straightened out. They worked really hard to get it fixed and put in a temporary AC unit in the meantime. They replaced it with the new unit once they got it. Beyond that, the maintenance was very nicely done. She had new carpet when she moved into the unit. She very much loved her apartment.

We moved into this community in February 2014. The food and service in the dining room is always good. I enjoy being a part of the choir. The housekeeping is fine. They do a good job. If there is a problem, maintenance will stop by and take care of it right away. We are satisfied.

Their price is right in line with everyone else in the area. I find all healthcare is expensive, but the value is good. The nurses are very good, they're on top of things. I think the dining is pretty good, dad's eating well. I know my dad likes breakfast and absolutely loves ice cream time. I know you can order whatever you like, it's a good variety The Activities are good. I like the Brain Game. The singing is incredible, especially for people in Memory Care. Housekeeping always does a good job cleaning his apartment, and the building looks very nice, the inside looks nice. I would definitely recommend it.

My father in law has lived at this community for almost two years. The food is above average and there are an adequate number of activities. Maintenance and the care were adequate. We did not have any noteable concerns.

So far, I am satisfied with my aunt's stay at Evergreen. The care staff has always been very helpful and very respectful. The variety of activities and accessibility are great. I think the dining service is great. She never complains about anything and the dining staff is very courteous and respectful. Everyone in management has been very helpful. I haven't had any complaints.

My client has lived at Evergreen Retirement Community since March of 2016. Knowing the different nurses and their disposition, they seem happy to be there, and they are talking to everybody in the hallway. I just see the whole atmosphere out there. With the work and the type of work that they are doing, they have a rapport with the residents. The building is well maintained and we have not had any noteable concerns.
