Evolve at Rye

It seems like the staff are watching what my mother eats and she is getting what she needs for nutrition. The place is beautiful. The caregivers give me a call for anything that comes up. We discuss it and come to an agreement as to what should be done. They are always respectful and if they call for one reason, they always ask if there is anything I'm concerned about. They give me that opportunity.

Management is very good, the food is good and the dining service is really good. The building all looks really good and nothing looks shabby. The one time we used the transportation, it was great and the driver and vehicle are awesome. The caregivers are all good and they are very safety conscious here.

Management has been pretty good, their food is good and the group activities seem to be pretty good. Her room is very clean and the driver is helpful. The caregivers are very good. I have had good luck with the nurses here and the kitchen staff is really good too.

Meeting was Robyn was exceptional. She was very thorough and timely. Robyn helped me through all the paperwork very quickly and it was a smooth transition when my mother moved in. I have been very happy with all the staff that I have met. The staff is very friendly and have good interaction with the residents. They are attentive and friendly and everyone seems to know her name and addresses her and smiles and interacts with her.

The activities staff know the residents that are with them and seem to care about them greatly, they're animated and energetic and really want to engage them. Even on the bad days, the people on the floor are so loving. Jeanine knows the residents, she is efficient and always follows up, I can go and find her, she never looks stressed, she always has time for us, she is just absolutely incredible. It's always been that way with the nurses.

I am just so thrilled and happy to have my mom there. I know she is safe and I really don't have to worry. Everybody is friendly and knowledgeable. When the nurses see me, they make an effort to come over and give me a report on how mom is doing. When I have popped in during the day they are always doing activities. They do nails, painting, exercise, watch movies. Communication is key and it has been awesome since mom has been there.

My mother lives in Evolve at Rye and based on other communities, they're right in the ballpark in terms of price, but here, the care is very good, her room is spotless and everything with laundry is good. The staff tend to do a lot with the residents and they pay a lot of attention to people with activities to keep them occupied. As for the dining experience, while I have never eaten there, my mother who was a dietician says they do a great job; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the community to others.

The management had everything covered. They thought of everything that I didn't know I had to ask. They were very helpful in transition. The staff in the dining area is wonderful and accommodating. In regards to the housekeeping, my mother's bathroom is spotless. The building is beautiful. In regards to the healthcare, there is always someone available. It seems like there is always someone right there and they are always positive and always helpful.

The care givers are wonderful. These young women who are the aides are so devoted and so efficient. They know exactly how to work with dementia people. It is quite extrodinary.
