Falls River Court

I have eaten there with my mom and I like the food, the quality and variety of it. Housekeeping is doing a good job, and healthcare is going real well, they're doing good. There's a new nurse there and she's good. Maintenance has done a fine job. Every time I ask them to do something they get right on it and do a fine job. The people that work the front desk are outstanding. It’s expensive, but all places are, and I know my mom is safe and comfortable there.

The staff do everything they can to get him to eat. On Saturday they brought him soup but he wouldn't eat it so they brought him applesauce but he wouldn't eat that. They brought him his food and he wouldn't eat it so they went and brought him a sandwich and chips but he wouldn't eat that. The staff are doing a wonderful job with the activities and I tell them that all the time. The building here is beautiful. They take him to his doctor's appointments because I can't take him myself. He wouldn’t go back if I took him myself. The caregivers work with me on his medication. It comes from the VA so they call me when he needs more. He will go weeks without bathing but they try. He won't let them bathe him. The caregivers call me to let me know but they are trying to do their best. They are doing an excellent job. They do the best they can. Management calls me to let me know when there are issues and whenever I call, there is someone to talk to. It is a lot of money but I have learned to accept that because I cannot keep him here. He is being taken care of here so I can't complain about the price. I think things are going quite well.
