Five Star Premier Residences of Dallas

There is wonderful staff there. I did not know that I had to make a reservation to have my grandkids eat with me but Mr. Solice was wonderful. He set the table for me and did everything. They had a Target run and I was the only person to sign up. They still took me. I really appreciated that. They follow through with what they say they are going to do. The sheets smell clean after the housekeepers wash them. Rose came in and sat down at my table and told me exactly what was going on. She told me that they would wash my sheets and laundry if I wanted them to. She told me that they would make my bed for me which was so wonderful. I have no complaints.

They clean the showers, the bathrooms, they vacuum, and they were the sheets and put them on. It's marvelous. Dino and all of them are just wonderful. They take us to doctor appointments, even took me to the bank. Every time I've put in a work order or called them, maintenance is up here. I like the moves and I like the bingo. The wait staff is excellent, the food is very good. From Barbara to Sheila to Marion to Arnie, they've all been extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating.

What impressed my husband was that there aren't long hallways. We've been very impressed with Barbara, she has been helpful in every way. Everyone else in management has also been really helpful and supportive. The dining staff works awfully hard to serve everyone the best they can. The housekeeping has been very good. When we moved in, they had just put down new carpet and paint so that was nice. Maintenance has been very helpful with the blinds in our bedroom as well. Things have been going good here.
