For this area, this facility is excellent. Everything is hunky-dory. The food is excellent for a Memory Care unit, they constantly working to make it better. The service is excellent. The care services staff is perfect. From what I see housekeeping is always okay, so is laundry.
The management team is fine people. Housekeeping and laundry are wonderful. The maintenance team, I tell you, they do a terrific job. There's one man, he's on the move all the time. The building is in excellent shape, it's very impressive. I've been pleased overall.
It's close to where my grandson lives. Everything's great. The food is good. The laundry is really good. They're real good with medication.
I think it's a good value. I know this type of senior living is very expensive. The management staff is always there to answer questions and if they're not you can leave a message and they get right back to you. They always have a smile on their face and seem to be doing their job. I'm very impressed with the variety of activities, it's nice, and they seem to be doing a good job with that. Anytime they have a problem it gets fixed. The building is very well maintained.
It's comparable to other places in this area and my mom's been in all of them. The management staff stays in touch with us when anything out of the ordinary happens and we are set up with direct withdrawal and it has been taken out right on time, so it's going very well. I’m satisfied there are activities offered but she does not participate. Housekeeping has been perfect. The caretakers are the greatest bunch of people. They are warm, friendly, patient, outgoing. They just handle everything. Overall they do a wonderful job in a difficult situation.
It seemed like the people there were so nice and very helpful. They were great to work with. I think for everything my father gets the price is definitely fair. The place he is in is very nice and they are very accommodating. It's not overly priced and it is ok. Anytime he has needed help the caregivers are always there. The housekeeping is awesome and the maintenance guy is awesome, he has always been there when I needed something. He doesn't really do any of the activities. He likes to keep to himself. But, I think it is awesome all the activities that they do.
